Tokyo Manji Gang In Tokyo Revengers

The Tokyo Manji Gang a.k.a Toman, is a biker gang based in Shibuya, Tokyo. It was known for its honorable ideals and beliefs that contributed to its goal in establishing a new golden era for delinquents in the Kanto region. However, this image crumbled as its ranks were continually corrupted and transformed into a criminal organization that took the lives of innocent civilians in the present day. Throughout its reign, Toman took on several gangs and declared victory against them, causing it to rapidly grow its numbers until its disbandment.

Leader

Manjiro Sano
Manjiro Sano or Mikey is the leader of the Kanto Manji Gang. He is usually a carefree teenager who loves to joke and play pranks around those he considers his close friends. He cares for them greatly and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows any sign of weakness, as he believes himself to be the foundation and support for Toman, and if the pillar himself were to display weakness, Toman would also be weakened. He is regarded as the strongest member Toman and arguably the series from a fighting standpoint. His epithet, the Invincible Mikey, is indicative of his strength and how he is revered among other delinquent groups. His signature and finishing move is a high right roundhouse kick that hooks the opponent's head and slams it into the ground. Almost all who are hit by this kick get knocked out instantly.

Vice-Leader

Ken Ryuguji
Ken Ryuguji or Draken was a founding member and the Vice-Leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He has signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. Like the leader of Toman, he is also quite the wild individual. He loves a good fight and relishes meeting strong opponents. He is also a very caring individual. He hates overtly showing affection to the ones he cares about but will go to great lengths to take care of Mikey. As Toman's vice-leader, Draken's fighting prowess is also incredibly fearsome. With his immense strength, Draken prefers to fight like a brawler, using simple yet powerful and vicious kicks and punches. His power is so immense that he was able to hold his own against and defeat a whole gang by himself and was still in fairly good shape after that.

Division Captains

Keisuke Baji
Keisuke Baji was a founding member and the First Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He has a wild personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline and Mikey himself says that he would punch someone out on the street for no apparent reason, only because he feels like it. In combat, he is never without his trademark grin. He is also fiercely loyal to Toman. He is willing to cast himself as the villain in his friends and comrades' eyes in order to protect them. In the end, he is even willing to sacrifice himself to ensure that Toman does not lose its way. Baji is a very perceptive individual as well, seeing through who the true villains who threaten Toman are. He is one of Toman's strongest fighters who is able to hold his own against several strong opponents by himself.

Takashi Mitsuya
Takashi Mitsuya is a founding member and Second Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older brother of Luna and Mana Mitsuya. Mitsuya is a calm level-headed person who once served as the main source of positivity in Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his rough upbringing, he tackles every day with a smile. He is also a pacifist, preferring to not get into an altercation if possible, but at the same time, will not hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him. As the Second Division Captain, Mitsuya is shown to have strong fighting skills. He is also well known for his fighting skills among the other gangs.

Haruki Hayashida
Haruki Hayashida or Pah-chin is a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was Toman's Third Division Captain until he served time in a detention center after his involvement in a battle with Nobutaka Osanai. Two years later, he is freed from his sentence and reassumes his former position in Toman with the rise of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang. He appears as a brusque and rude individual, reacting aggressively to minimal things or otherwise harmless statements. He is above all a very loyal friend who always supports and stands up for his friends and loved ones. Pah-chin was also considered one of the strongest fighters in Toman, so much that Peh-yan had absolute trust in his abilities.

Nahoya Kawata
Nahoya Kawata or Smiley is the Fourth Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older twin brother of Souya Kawata. He is shown to be protective of his younger twin brother Souya Kawata and never wants him to cry. He enjoys a good fight and a strong opponent. He is also extremely hard to read when fighting because of the constant grin on his face. Smiley is loyal to his friends but his strongest loyalty lands with his brother. Prior to his allegiance to Mikey, he was the leader of the Twin Devils Gang with Angry. He is currently recognized as one of Toman's most formidable fighters. Indeed, Smiley displays a skillful performance when fighting and always knows what to do when put in danger.

Yasuhiro Muto
Yasuhiro Muto or Mucho was the former Fifth Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was a calm and collected man. He would retain this stoic exterior even in battle where he easily knocks people out with brute strength. Before he left Toman, he appeared to have compassion for his fellow members and claimed that he heavily disliked infighting. He also did not tolerate traitors against the gang in compliance with his role as the Fifth Division Captain and would not hesitate to punish those who betray Manjiro Sano's orders. He was blessed with great physical strength, allowing him to easily lift delinquents over his head or throw them during fights. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Toman's strongest division leader and was granted with special duties alongside the rest of his division.

Division Vice-Captains

Chifuyu Matsuno
Chifuyu Matsuno is the Vice-Captain of the First Division of Tokyo Manji Gang. He is a loyal person who sports a calm, logical demeanor. He is unwilling to leave the sides of his friends and refuses to fight those he considers close to him. He is willing to let his emotions shine when a situation calls for it and doesn't shy away from helping out others blindly. Even if he gets beat up by or for friends, he still sticks by their sides. As a middle-schooler, Chifuyu was a strong enough fighter to conquer his school, making even upperclassmen afraid of fighting him. Thus, he is a competent fighter who is able to hold his own in a fight. Though he is not among the strongest, his fighting prowess is not to be underestimated.

Hakkai Shiba
Hakkai Shiba is the Second Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the younger brother of Taiju and Yuzuha Shiba. He is shown to be a timid but friendly guy. When it comes to his personality he is nothing like his older brother Taiju who is disciplined and bloodlusted. Hakkai showed a lot of care and compassion to his sister and to his friends. He is the second strongest of the Second Division and is able to take down the average delinquent with one punch. Albeit weaker than his older brother Taiju, he is a capable fighter.

Ryohei Hayashi
Ryohei Hayashi or Peh-yan is the Vice-Captain of Third Divison and former Third Division Acting Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is a short-tempered and aggressive person and is rather unintelligent and has a quite menacing presence most of the time. However, as time goes on, Peh-yan is shown to have a lot of care for not only Toman but also for its members. He also has a keen sense of humor, making witty remarks depending on the situation. According to Takashi Mitsuya, although Peh-yan is stupid, he is stronger in a fight than he is. Peh-yan fights in a very straightforward manner, displaying no other moves except heavy punches that have knockout potential against anyone they land on.

Souya Kawata
Souya Kawata or Angry is the Fourth Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the younger twin brother of Nahoya Kawata. Contrary to his appearance, Angry is kind and a pacifist. He cares a lot about his friends and wishes to protect them at all costs. Smiley states that Angry is too nice to beat anyone up. He is usually an above average fighter among the members in Toman, although weaker than his twin. However, once something bad or unfair happens to one of his friends, he starts to cry and enters a state called The Crying Blue Ogre. According to Smiley, this state of mind makes him 100 times stronger than himself.

Haruchiyo Akashi
Haruchiyo Akashi also known as Haruchiyo Sanzu is the Fifth Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and later followed Yasuhiro Muto into Tenjiku. As a teenager, Haruchiyo has a calm demeanor and rarely talks. He was extremely loyal and much nicer to those he follows and worships. However, it is later revealed that he is also quite manipulative and is exceptionally good at deceiving other people. In his younger days, before meeting Yasuhiro Muto, he was described as a wild horse who couldn’t keep himself out of trouble. This made it quite difficult for other divisions in the gang to manage him.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions.
