7 Main Highlights Of Rokka No Yuusha
Rokka No Yuusha is considered as one of the best in terms of its story. Unfortunately, the series is discontinued after the first season. When you watch this anime, you will easily find several highlights that are still surrounded by mystery. And as for me, I personally put 7 highlights that I think need more explanation. Check this out!
The Saint of the Single Flower
The Saint of the Single Flower also known as the Goddess of Fate, was the only person who managed to defeat the Majin. She is the protector of the world and its peace, and is also responsible for selecting warriors to become a Brave. The warriors prove their worth in front of a statue of The Goddess in the Temple of Fate, and if they are chosen they receive a Crest of Six Flowers.
The Majin
The Majin is the evil entity that is responsible by the creation of the Kyoumas. It first appeared on the continent 1000 years ago. It killed many people for no apparent reason until it was defeated by the Saint of the Single Flower who managed to seal it away temporarily. According to legend, at the time when the Majin awakes, the Goddess of Fate would choose six heroes and bestow them with the power to defeat the Majin. Over the next 1000 years it escaped twice from its seal only to be beaten by the next two generations of Braves.
Saint
Saint is a human who has gained supernatural abilities from the Gods. There are 78 known kinds of Saints in the world and all have been female. Because of the powers they gain, most of the Braves are also Saints. The first, and more powerful, known saint is the Saint of the Single Flower. The power of a saint can be transferred to someone else when a Saint no longer wants their power; usually when they are old.
Kyouma
Kyouma called fiends in the anime adaptation, are the monsters spawned from the Majin with the purpose of killing humans. They are powerful creatures that are difficult to kill for normal humans. There are three special Kyouma who have their own will and emotions, who act as commanders for the rest of the Kyouma. Their names are Tgurneu, Cargikk, and Dozzu. There was also a Kyouma called Zophrair who also issued orders and was called "Demon King" by humans.
The Braces of the Six Flowers
The Braves of the Six Flowers are the six heroes chosen by the Goddess of Fate to defeat the Majin. A thousand years ago, the Majin appeared and attacked all the nations in the land. The nations tried to fight back but only the Saint of the Single Flower was able to defeat it. The Saint could only seal the Majin away temporarily so in order to defend the land she prophesied that six warriors would be chosen to fight the Majin and seal it away when it would appear again.
The Crest of Six Flowers
The Crest of Six Flowers is a Sacred Instrument mark that appears on a warrior when they are chosen by the Goddess of Fate to become a Brave. The Crest has the appearance of a pinkish flower with six petals and can appear anywhere on the Brave's body. The Crest loses one of its petals if a Brave dies.
The Illusion Fog Barrier
The Illusion Fog Barrier is a powerful barrier that seals off the entrance to the Wailing Demon Territory, preventing Kyouma from entering the continent. The Barrier is activated in the altar of a temple nearby. The barrier was developed by Dolton III, the King of Gwinvale, with the help of 3 Saints: a Saint of Mist, a Saint of Illusions and a Saint of Salt.
