Vengeful Spirits In Jujutsu Kaisen

Sukuna

Ryomen Sukuna, more often called just Sukuna, is a mighty cursed spirit known as the undisputed King of Curses. According to a legend, during the golden age of jujutsu over 1,000 years ago, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon, though in truth was a human sorcerer, and other sorcerers gave their all to defeat him. After his death, he became a cursed spirit, and his curse was too strong for his body to be fully destroyed. Henceforth, his remains of 20 indestructible fingers traversed the ages as cursed objects, ever growing in power. In the present, Sukuna has been incarnated into Yuji Itadori due to the latter eating one of his cursed fingers, which contain his fragmented power. As the most powerful cursed spirit in the entire series, Sukuna possesses vast amounts of cursed energy.

Cursed Energy Manipulation

• Reverse Cursed Technique (Hanten Jutsushiki): Due to his nature as a special grade cursed spirit, Sukuna can easily use a reverse cursed technique in order to regenerate lost limbs in an instant.
• Binding Vow: Sukuna has an unnamed Binding Vow with Yuji. The King of Curses agreed to revive the boy after his apparent death under two conditions:
• Yuji would allow Sukuna to take over his body for one full minute when the cursed spirit would chant Enchain.
• He would forget about the agreement.

Cursed Technique
It is currently unknown what Sukuna's cursed technique is. He was shown to use his cursed energy to slash targets. Sukuna was also shown to use fire-based powers.

• Dismantle (Kai): Sukuna's default slashing attack. It is normally used for inanimate objects, however it can be used against cursed spirits to great effectiveness
• Cleave (Hachi): A slashing attack that adjusts itself depending on the target's toughness and cursed energy level to cut them down in one fell swoop.
• Unnamed Fire Ability: Sukuna can create and manipulate flames for long-range attacks.
• Malevolent Shrine (Fukuma Mizushi): Sukuna's Domain Expansion creates a Buddhist shrine decorated with skulls.

Rika Orimoto

Rika Orimoto was the childhood friend of Yuta Okkotsu who tragically died when she was hit by a car. Her spirit was cursed, transforming her into a powerful special grade vengeful cursed spirit worthy of the moniker Queen of Curses. Rika spent years haunting Yuta as a curse until he attended Tokyo Jujutsu High where he learned to unravel the curse on Rika's spirit, finally allowing her to pass on to the afterlife. As a special grade vengeful cursed spirit, Rika's power was unmatched. Fully manifesting Rika was considered a grave threat by the jujutsu higher-ups. Once Yuta trusted his connection with her enough to allow her to fully manifest, Rika power eclipsed that of nearly all other curses.

Cursed Technique

• Full Manifestation: As a fully manifested cursed spirit, Rika can use physical attacks as well as jujutsu. She can fight alongside Yuta, increase his mobility by carrying him, block incoming attacks, and even carry his injured allies using a dark sack made of cursed energy.
• Cursed Energy Beam: By promising Rika his life and to join her after death so can be in love for eternity, Yuta planned on sacrificing himself to surpass the limits of cursed energy. This opened Rika's eye and transformed her into an even more powerful state capable of unleashing an energy beam of Pure Love, the strongest curse of all.
• Cursed Speech: Rika can summon a megaphone marked with the Snake Eyes and Fangs of the Inumaki Family. This allows Yuta to speak into it and emulate the abilities of a cursed speech user of the Inumaki Family, reinforcing his words with cursed energy to increase the compulsion of his commands.

Michizane Sugawara
Michizane Sugawara is one of the Big Three Vengeful Spirits and an ancestor to both Satoru Gojo and Yuta Okkotsu. Satoru Gojo explains Michizane Sugawara is a distant relative to both him and Yuta Okkotsu, which coincidentally makes them distantly related. Panda and Maki Zenin then explain that Michizane Sugawara is one of Japan's big three Vengeful spirits and a big shot in the Jujutsu world.

Tamamo-no-Mae Incarnate

Tamamo-no-Mae Incarnate is an imaginary vengeful cursed spirit and one of the sixteen special grade cursed spirits. It was controlled and used by Suguru Geto's Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique. It is a cursed spirit with four eyes and long back hair that extends all the way down to the back of its legs. As one of sixteen special grade curses, its abilities are completely unknown.

Kuchisake-Onna
Kuchisake-Onna was an imaginary vengeful cursed spirit controlled and used by Suguru Geto's Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique. It had the appearance of a tall woman with long black hair that reaches past her shoulders. It is a cursed spirit of an unknown rank and was one of Suguru Geto's strongest curses when he was a second-year student. It possess the ability to communicate and can even cast a domain, meaning Kuchisake-Onna is likely somewhere around semi-grade 1 to special grade level. Toji Fushiguro was initially impressed with her abilities but Kuchisake-Onna proved to be no match for his physical prowess.

Cursed Technique

• Scissor Technique: Kuchisake-Onne can conjure a small pair of hair sheers in her hands imbued with cursed energy. By wielding this, she can manifest several, much larger scissors that appear automatically within range to snip off her opponent's limbs.
• Innate Domain: Kuchisake-Onna has the ability to cast her innate domain without using a proper domain expansion. This effect turns the area into negative colors to signal her technique activating. Once her target is within the domain, Kuchisake-Onna begins by asking a question.
