Martians In Saint Seiya Omega

The Martians are loyal warriors serving Mars. So far, not much is known about the nature of these warriors and their exact origin, some sources claim that they are aliens although this has never been confirmed. The vast majority are Mars Army soldiers wear armor similar to that of his deity except that these are blue and purple. They represent all animal life on earth.

Leader

Mars, The God of War
Mars, the God of War, born Ludwig, was sealed by Seiya years ago, though his resurrection was imminent. Mars' goal is to destroy the world as it is and create a whole new world using the planet of his namesake. He can use the element of darkness, including the ability to inflict debilitating wounds called the Mark of Darkness. The attires of Mars and his subordinates are called Galaxy armors.
  • Rubel Sidus Gungnir: Mars uses his cosmo to launch thousands of red spears in the air, falling on an opponent with devastating force.
  • Murus Ignis: Mars creates three flames from his fingers, going towards the opponent. When touched, the little flames turn into a huge wall of fire, engulfing the victim in a whirlwind of flames.
  • Rubel Sidus Storm: Mars, using the cosmos of Darkness, casts a huge storm that covers the opponent. While the enemy is inside the storm, he is hit by numerous energy beams.
  • Rubel Sidus Meteor: Mars launches many meteors from his own body to hit his opponent. These meteors can also unite and form a single powerful attack.

Mars' Four Heavenly Kings

Mars' Four Heavenly Kings are the collective of the four most powerful warriors of Mars' army. Originally defeated by Seiya and his companions, they are brought back to life by Pisces Amor to help him deal with Koga and his friends. They are stronger than the Gold Saints.

Romulus
The leader of Mars' Four Heavenly Kings who has control over Earth Cosmo. In the past, Shiryu was the one to finally defeat him, and has two Arrows of Light in his left chest. Souma, Haruto, and Ryuhou manage to defeat him on their own.
  • Cremito Rupis: Romulus attracts rocks to his fingers, and with its heat melts them creating a big ball of magna that is thrown at the enemy.

Bacchus
Bacchus possesses a giant wine barrel from which he gets his power, such as his ability to perform Zui Quan, and can control the flow of water with Water Cosmo. In the past, he was defeated by Ikki, and he still has an Arrow of Light in his left chest. He faces off against Ryuhou, Souma, and Haruto until Koga's Darkness Cosmo obliterates him in a single blow.

Vulcanus
The Fire Cosmo wielder of Mars' Four Heavenly Kings who uses a kusarigama to manipulate the flames to where not even an absolute zero temperature could stop him. He was defeated by Hyoga in the past, and has an Arrow of Light in his left chest and one in his right shoulder. The collective efforts of Souma, Haruto, and Ryuhou take him down once more.
  • Valse des Flammes: Vulcanus creates a ball of flames in each of his hand, which merge into a great gust of flame.

Diana
The only woman amongst Mars' Four Heavenly Kings, Diana wields an archer's bow in battle and can use the element of Wind. In the past, Shun was the one to defeat her, and she still has an Arrow of Light in her left stomach. It is the combined efforts of Souma, Haruto, and Ryuhou that take her down once more.
  • Lightning Magic: Diana absorbs rays to create a single powerful lightning.
  • Diana Arch: The Arc of Diana is the main weapon of Diana, consists of energy so Diana can create the blue arrows

High Martians

Hornet Sonia
Sonia is the daughter of Mars and half-sister to Orion Eden. She is a young Martian who belongs to their upper class, the High Martians. She believes in the ideals of her father and fights for his goals. Even though their mothers are different, she loves Eden as her younger brother, and wants to see him as King of the new world
  • Hornet Stinger: Sonia creates many stingers through her Cosmo, leaving her Galaxy from cracks in her arms. They fly toward the opponent and attack all at once.
  • Twilight Marionette: Sonia creates lines from her fingers and throw on the floor, creating an exotic glow in the soil that expands across the battlefield. Her black spheres emerge that move with constant speed and random, exploding to get in contact with the opponent.
  • Turn Back This Darkness: Sonia concentrates her Cosmo in the palm of her hand, creating a vortex of energy around her right arm and a red ball in the center of her hand, she uses to attack the opponent.

The Martians

The Martians or Mars Knights, are Mars' warriors. Each wears an armor themed after an insect.

Medea
Eden's birth mother, Sonia Step-mother and Mars' wife. Medea is also referred to as the Imperial Sorceress by Mars. In the battle between Athena and Mars, Medea summons a meteorite composed of darkness that causes every Saint to get elemental powers. She and her brother Amor intended to use the war god to fuse his and Koga's Darkness Cosmo to awaken their true master.

Mantis Ordykia
One of the Martians or Mars Knights, the warriors at the service of Mars, and a member of their scout troops. Ordykia can use the element of Darkness. Belonging to the unit of scout, Ordykia is responsible for overseeing the troops of Athena.
  • Dark Mist: Produces dark, covering the environment, preventing the opponent's vision. It then uses to attack with quick, successive blows.

Spider Ragno
Ragno is one of the Martians, who commands several underlings. Ragno can use the element of Darkness. He comes with two of his henchmen to Palestra. Its mission is to watch from the shadows that anyone near the apartments of the False Athena.

Beetle Brothers
Beetle Brothers belongs to the army in Mars and part of the army that attacks the Palestra. Very similar to those of normal soldiers, their guards are slightly different because they are set with a stone in the abdomen, and helmets reminiscent of rhinoceros beetle, the first and second western Japan. Western beetle is the eldest of the siblings.

Martian Commander
Martian Commander can use the element of Darkness. He presents a technique that consists in forming a kind of gauntlet of black energy around his fist and uses in melee attacks. This technique is also used by Martians who accompanied him.

Ant Radzinsky
Radzinsky leads a small cadre of Martians and battles Kouga, Souma, Yuna, and Haruto all at once in the sea. Radzinsky can use the element of Darkness. His attack is Hell's Proceed.

True Master

Abzu, The God of Darkness
Abzu is the main antagonist of the 1st season of Saint Seiya Ω. Medea and Pisces Amor prey on Pegasus Koga to awaken Abzu, their true master. He is an immensely powerful god whose power surpasses Mars, and is possibly even stronger than the 12 Olympian Gods. Abzu can manipulate darkness to the point where he can inflict dark wounds on any users of cosmos and use Rubell Sidus Grungir. It was revealed that Abzu was the creator not only of the Earth, but possibly of the entire Universe.

Unit 9 In Active Raid

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ". Asami Kazari A new member in Unit 8, she was assigned to monitor Unit 8 due to their bad reputation, and possibly to take steps in improving their activities. Like Sena, she is serious and prefers to stick to the law. She operates the Oscar VI Fine Familia. After the Logos incident she becomes the leader of the new Unit 9, and her reputation becomes even worse than Unit 8's. She usually utters English phrases in their conversations. Unit 8 is a police unit that is authorized to use Will Wears and the ACTIVE system. Due to their collateral damage of city infrastructure, Unit 8 has a bad reputation within the police force and public media. While the Japanese title of the anime only refers to them as "Public Mobile Assault Unit Eight", official materials translate their title as "Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit."
