Valhalla In Tokyo Revengers

Valhalla occasionally called the The Headless Angel, was a motorbike gang anonymously formed by Tetta Kisaki to make way for his promotion as Manjiro Sano's second-in-command in the Tokyo Manji Gang. Alongside this goal was to make Mikey the leader of Valhalla, which would fortify the gang's foundation and turn Toman into a powerful criminal organization. At its helm was Shuji Hanma, who served as Valhalla's acting leader to counterbalance Kisaki's absence from the gang. Hanma led the gang until its disbandment and allegiance to Toman in the aftermath of Bloody Halloween.

Leader

Kisaki Tetta
Kisaki was the leader of Valhalla and Moebius. He is a ruthless, cunning, and ambitious individual who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. The entirety of his actions in the entire story revolves around becoming the most powerful and influential criminal in Tokyo. He cares little about his subordinates and superiors alike, seeing both groups as tools for his success. Although far from the strongest delinquent, Kisaki has above average fighting capabilities. What makes Kisaki an incredibly dangerous is his abnormal intelligence. Kisaki has shown the he can be extraordinary intellectual throughout the story.

Number 2

Shuji Hanma
Aliases: God Of Death, Zombie, The Reaper
Hanma was the right-hand man and confidant of Tetta Kisaki, who he followed into different delinquent organizations to machinate against the Tokyo Manji Gang and take over its top administration. He was the acting and temporary leader of Valhalla and Moebius, respectively. He can be best described as an adrenaline junkie. His single purpose in life is to find excitement, taking to street violence as a means to relieve his intense boredom. Hanma is also a very competent fighter. He is able to beat a number of delinquents by himself.

Number 3

Kazutora Hanemiya
Kazutora is a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was the First Division Vice-Captain until he joined Valhalla as its Number 3 and the leader of the Anti-Toman force. With the conclusion of Bloody Halloween, Kazutora was sentenced to ten years in a detention center as retribution for his felonies. It is likely that his deep attachment to Tokyo Manji Gang, was in fact rooted in solace from his solitude, and he was in fact very loyal to Tokyo Manji Gang and Mikey and strived to make him happy at all costs, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods such as theft. Kazutora is a competent fighter and In combat, he is unrestrained and incredibly violent.

Captains

Chome
Chome is one of the captains of Valhalla and also one of its expert fighters. He sports a bleached buzz cut, dyed with a swirl design. Both of his ears have large gauge piercings, and he wears the white Valhalla jacket. Chome is a capable fighter, he was one of the strongest in juvenile detention alongside Chonbo.

Chonbo
Chonbo is a Valhalla Captain and one of its expert fighters. He is a tall boy with a bald head and bushy eyebrows. He has a swirl like tattoo on the left side of his face, over and under his eye. He has an earring on his left ear and coffee brown eyes. Chonbo is a capable fighter and he was one of the strongest in a local juvenile detention alongside Chome.

Choji
Choji is a Valhalla Captain and one of Tetta Kisaki's cronies. He has dyed blond hair and eyebrows with black eyes. He is always seen wearing a black mask and the standard Valhalla uniform. Choji is known to fight dirty, attacking his opponents while they are injured. He was also one of Kisaki's loyal disciples who he followed into both Moebius and Valhalla and took orders from to help Kisaki accomplish his goals in climbing up the ranks in the Tokyo Manji Gang.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names.
