Moebius In Tokyo Revengers
Moebius was a motorbike gang based in Shinjuku. It was two generations above the Tokyo Manji Gang and was recognized for its odious reputation in the city. After losing its eighth leader Nobutaka Osanai in a battle against Toman, Moebius was commanded by Shuji Hanma as its temporary leader. With Hanma at its helm, Moebius engaged in another battle with the gang, and later on became its affiliate with the 1990 group commanded by its other official leader, Tetta Kisaki.
Kisaki TettaKisaki was the ninth leader Moebius. He is a ruthless, cunning, and ambitious individual who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. The entirety of his actions in the entire story revolves around becoming the most powerful and influential criminal in Tokyo. He cares little about his subordinates and superiors alike, seeing both groups as tools for his success. Although far from the strongest delinquent, Kisaki has above average fighting capabilities. What makes Kisaki an incredibly dangerous is his abnormal intelligence. Kisaki has shown the he can be extraordinary intellectual throughout the story.
Hanma was the right-hand man and confidant of Tetta Kisaki, who he followed into different delinquent organizations to machinate against the Tokyo Manji Gang and take over its top administration. He was the acting and temporary leader of Valhalla and Moebius, respectively. He can be best described as an adrenaline junkie. His single purpose in life is to find excitement, taking to street violence as a means to relieve his intense boredom. Hanma is also a very competent fighter. He is able to beat a number of delinquents by himself.
Choji is a Valhalla Captain and one of Tetta Kisaki's cronies. He has dyed blond hair and eyebrows with black eyes. He is always seen wearing a black mask and the standard Valhalla uniform. Choji is known to fight dirty, attacking his opponents while they are injured. He was also one of Kisaki's loyal disciples who he followed into both Moebius and Valhalla and took orders from to help Kisaki accomplish his goals in climbing up the ranks in the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Hamada
Hamada is one of Tetta Kisaki's cronies alongside Choji. He has a short black hair and and a fierce look, he tends to be tall and more masculine looking body, also he has a noticeable scar on his nose. He is a very obedient person to Kisaki and he is a bit arrogant toward others as provoking members of the Tokyo Manji Gang when Tetta Kisaki was promoted as the Third Division Captain. Not much is known about him aside the fact he has, presumably, been along side Kisaki during his time at Moebius.
Leaders

On the left sleeve there are the words Eighth generation president. As a teenager, Osanai is brusque and violent. He looks down on other delinquents not in his gang and is highly confident in his fighting abilities. He is also quite dim-witted, easily getting manipulated by Tetta Kisaki to do his bidding.
