Einherjar In Record Of Ragnarok

The Einherjar are a group of thirteen Humans that have been selected by Brunhilde to participate in Ragnarok and go against the Gods Fighters in order to save Humanity. They were warriors meant to be used as an army for the Gods. However, a rumor has floated around since ancient times that they were not an army for Heaven. Instead the Valkyries would bond with them and transform themselves into weapons befitting of the wielder in a pact that would be known as Volundr. These souls would then fight against the Gods' chosen warriors should Ragnarok begin.

Lu Bu Fengxian

Lu Bu Fengxian also known as The Flying General is Humanity's representative in the first round of Ragnarok, going against Thor. He hails from Ancient China and was a prominent warlord during the Three Kingdoms period and is considered by many to be the Strongest Warrior in History. He was also considered to be a violent, bloodthirsty and fearless warrior, being seen as a God of War and a Furious Dragon on the battlefield.

• Technique:
• Sky Eater (Soragui): Lu Bu's ultimate move where he grips the end of Sky Piercer in one hand and performs a powerful downward swing. This swing creating an attack capable of splitting the sky in half.
• Equipment:
• Sky Piercer: A Divine Weapon in the form of a halberd provided by the Volundr of the 4th Valkyrie, Randgriz. Lu Bu's halberd was granted the ability of breaking any form of defense.
• Red Hare: Lu Bu's beloved warhorse who has followed him through countless battles and conquests. Red Hare is also infamous for being a horse that could travel a thousand miles and is considered to be an extension to Lu Bu's own body.

Adam

Adam is the progenitor of Humanity and is Humanity's representative in the second round of Ragnarok, going against Zeus. He is the first Human to ever exist, being created in the image and likeness of the Gods. After being expelled from Paradise along with Eve, the two descended to Earth and proceeded to give rise to Humanity. He is described as The Man Most Detested by the Gods and The Ultimate Survivalist. Adam might perhaps be the most powerful Human in history, being able to go toe to toe with and nearly defeating the chairman of the Gods' Council and champion of the Titanomachy, Zeus.

• Skill:
• Divine Reflection (Kamiutsushi): As a man designed in the image of God, Adam was gifted with the ability to perfectly replicate any move and technique he lays his eyes upon. Regardless of its speed or power, Adam can evade any attack whilst simultaneously countering his attacker with their own move.
• Copied Techniques:
• The Serpent's Claws: Adam's hands grew three times in size, gained black-green scales and sharp bone claws.
• Meteor Jab: Adam unleashes a continuous barrage of rapid-fire punches, with each punch the speed increases by tenfold (starting of at 0.01 seconds and eventually reaching 0.00000001 seconds) in order to completely and utterly overwhelm his opponent.
• Divine Axe: Adam unleashes an extremely swift and powerful leg sweep that can easily bisect his opponents body.
• The Fist That Surpassed Time: Adam gathers all his strength and punches with so much force, that time itself seems to stop. This attack is at least faster than 0.000000000000000000001 seconds.
• True God's Right/Left: Adam unleashes a straight punch that harbors the entirety of his godlike might, which he then follows up with another punch and repeating this at blinding speeds, launching a never-ending barrage of attacks.
• Equipment:
• Knuckleduster: Adam uses a Divine Weapon in the form of a knuckleduster provided by the 7th Valkyrie, Reginleif. It is the perfect weapon for Adam, who is described as having a natural talent for unarmed combat.

Kojiro Sasaki

Kojiro Sasaki is Humanity's representative in the third round of Ragnarok, going against Poseidon. He is a famed swordsman hailing from feudal Japan, often being referred to as History's Strongest Loser and Humanity's Strongest Swordsman. Kojiro possesses incredible innate talent in the sword, eventually becoming the greatest swordsman in existence. He also has an innate talent of evolving and improving whenever he loses, which was the main factor which allowed him to surpass the likes of the Gods with his mortal body.

• Skills:
• Senju Muso (Thousand Image Defence): Kojiro's innate ability and talent which allows him to memorize and analyze his opponent's moves to form a simulation of them inside his mind, visualizing and battling said opponent until he finds a way to defeat them.
• Manju Muso (Infinite Image Defence): Kojiro was able to improve this ability to the point where he not only was able to analyze his opponent's movements but also analyze all of the information present in his surroundings at once, allowing him to predict his opponents movements even further and make his movements comparable to that of a Supreme God.
• Techniques:
• Ganryu Style: Kojiro's main form of swordsmanship, which involves standard but skillful movements and techniques
• Tsubame Gaeshi (Swallow Reversal): Kojiro's most powerful technique back when he was still on Earth. First, Kojiro swings his sword downwards with his entire might. However, if they manage to dodge, Kojiro is then able to switch the direction of his swing, striking upwards at supremely fast speeds while simultaneously targeting the opponent's blind spot.
• Torakiri (Tiger Claw): Kojiro holds his sword with a one-handed reverse grip and delivers a powerful sideways slash.
• Niten Ganryu Style: Kojiro's true swordsmanship style which infuses the Niten Ichi-ryu of Musashi Miyamoto and his initial Ganryu Style. This form mainly combines the masterful kodachi wielding of Seigen Toda, the graceful footwork of Sekishusai Yagyu, the brute strength of Ittosai Itto, the smooth combinations of the Sword Saint, Nobutsuna Kamiizumi and finally, the dual-wielding of Musashi Miyamoto.
• Soen Zanko Banjin Ryoran (Swallow Tiger Combo, Thousand Blades): Kojiro's final sword technique of the Niten Ganryu Style. Kojiro holds his left sword in a reverse grip, delivering a swift strike akin to Tsubame Gaeshi. Kojiro then immediately uses his second sword to deliver an even swifter slash. Finally, he uses both swords at once, slicing in a X pattern with so much force.
• Equipment:
• Monohoshizao (The Drying Pole): A Divine Weapon in the form of an odachi provided by the Volundr of the 2nd Valkyrie, Hrist. Due to Hrist's unique nature, Monohoshizao can be reformed into two smaller katanas when broken.

Jack the Ripper

Jack the Ripper is Humanity's representative in the fourth round of Ragnarok, going up against Heracles. He is a serial killer hailing from late 19th century Britain and is a very important figure in the history of London, being considered Humanity's Most Infamous Serial Killer. He is also a master assassin and combatant who prefers to win through genius tactics rather than raw power. In battle, Jack is willing to use any means necessary to take down his prey, using his warped and creative mind to come up with a plan of action so as to kill is targets as efficiently and sadistically as possible.

• Skill:
• Soul Eye: A unique power that he's possessed since birth, Jack's right eye possesses the ability to see people's emotions as colors. By looking into a person's soul, Jack can discern their real intentions by even the slightest change in color.
• Techniques:
• Rondo of Blessing: Jack slices a building with his cloak, causing it to collapse on top of his enemy whilst he makes an escape through an open window.
• Dear God: By coating his gloves with his own blood and making it capable of piercing divine flesh, Jack feints passing out so that his opponent will let down their guard, upon which he immediately rises up and thrusts both hand's through his/her torso.
• Equipment:
• Giant Scissors: Jack wielded a giant pair of scissors which he used to convince Heracles that it was his Divine Weapon. The scissors are golden in color and are extremely sharp and powerful.
• Piano Wires: Jack carries extremely thin and sharp wires from a piano, so thin in fact it appears invisible to the naked eye. Jack used these wires to launch a barrage of knife attacks from above while still being able to expertly manipulate their trajectory and direction.
• Throwing Knives: Jack's main form of weaponry are dozens of small throwing knives which, through the use of his divine weapon's ability, can pierce through god flesh.
• Giant Switchblade: Jack also carries a folding automatic knife, which is big enough that it's more akin to a sword, with up to 6 different blades.
• Umbrella: Jack has a pair of umbrellas, which he puts in each of his pouches. Using the power of his divine weapon, Jack enhanced these regular umbrellas to the point where they can deflect strikes from god.
• Grappling Hook: Jack carries a grappling hook, that resembles a fancy looking pistol. He used this item in order to escape god attacks.
• Magic Pouches: Two pouches which Jack uses to carry his vast arsenal of weapons and equipment. He convinced Heracles they were his true Divine Weapon, capable of conjuring forth an unlimited number of items on par with that of Divine Weapons as long as they are no larger than the pouches themselves.
• Cloak: A regular cloak that Jack uses to cover himself. By using the ability of his Divine Weapon, Jack can turn his cloak into a weapon.
• Gloves: A Divine Weapon provided by the Volundr of the 11th Valkyrie, Hlokk. Its unique ability enables Jack to turn anything he touches into a Divine Weapon, making them capable of harming Gods.

Raiden Tameemon

Raiden Tameemon, birth name Tarokichi Seki also known as the Peerless Rikishi, was Humanity's representative in the fifth round of Ragnarok, going up against Shiva. He has the strongest muscles in the history of mankind and was a famous Japanese sumo wrestler, considered to be the best of all time. Even from an early age, Raiden had extraordinary strength that needed to suppressed at all times in order for him to survive, but even with the limited access to his full strength, he managed to ingrain his name into history as the greatest sumo wrestler to ever live.

• Techniques:
• Dropkick: Raiden quickly charges at his opponent and jumps in the air while delivering a powerful kick onto their face with the soles of both of his feet.
• Kiku-Ichimonji (Crysanthemum-straight line): Raiden lunges at his opponent with an outstretched arm and briefly launching them spinning into the air before landing face-first onto the ground.
• Jizo's Embrace (Womb of the earth): Raiden grabs his opponent's head and smashes his own into theirs with all his strength, leaving them completely stunned for good awhile.
• Wild Boar: Raiden grabs a limb from his opponent and concentrates all of his might into his arms, crushing the gripped area.
• Shishimai (Dance of the Lion): Raiden launches his feet in the air with his hands supported on the ground while delivering a powerful kick with the soles of both feet.
• Miyama (Mountain Recess): Raiden puts up a wall of flesh by focusing his muscles into both of his arms as a way of defending himself.
• Yatagarasu (Three-Legged Crow): The strongest form of Teppo, which is one of Raiden's forbidden moves. Raiden takes a stance by focusing the power of his muscles into his legs and then channeling said power into his hand, the flow of energy culminating in a palm strike with such force that it managed to blow away anything and releasing a shockwave that removed all sound from the Valhalla Arena.
• Equipment:
• Mawashi of Flesh and Bone: A Divine Weapon in the form of a mawashi provided by the Volundr of the 3rd Valkyrie, Thrud. It gives Raiden the ability to use all of his strength. By shifting his muscle mass throughout his body, Raiden can increase the endurance or destructive power of specific parts of his body such as his forearms, legs or even his neck.
• 100 Seals: A set of muscles that would seal the strength of his others. Raiden created the seal in order to prevent his muscles from crushing his own bones. By removing these seals. it allows him to fight at full strength.

Buddha

Buddha is Humanity's representative in the sixth round of Ragnarok, going against Zerofuku, despite initially being listed as a representative for the Gods.He is a prominent deity in the Dharmic Pantheon, being the founder of Buddhism, one of the Four Sages, as well as one of the few divine beings, alongside Heracles and the Valkyries, who are not in favor of destroying Humanity. Buddha was formerly a Human by the name of Gautama Siddhartha and a famous philosophical figure hailing from Nepal, before attaining enlightenment and eventually ascending to Godhood.

• Skill:
• Pure Enlightenment Eighth Consciousness (Shogaku Arayashiki): This ability allows Buddha to see a moment into the future by reading the fluctuations of a creature’s soul and the radiance in the light of their will to determine their actions, granting him a form of precognition.
• Techniques:
• Turn About, Six Realms (Maware, Rikudo): A divine weapon transformation technique channeled using Buddha's Six Realms Staff. Once activated, scrolls materializes from the the staff, slowly engulfing it. However, the staff changes to best suit Buddha's emotions, so he is unable to choose which weapon he wants to wield.
• First Realm: Divine Realm, Wish-Granting Wheel Kannon-Loka Pala (Twelve Deva Axe): The Six Realms Staff transforms into a long, golden halberd which Buddha uses to counter opponent's weapon.
• Second Realm: Animal Realm, Horse-Faced Kannon-Nirvana: The Six Realms Staff transforms into a giant spiked club capable of dealing massive blunt force.
• Third Realm: Human Realm, Unshakable Cord Kannon-Akshaya (Indestructible Vajra Sword): The Six Realms Staff transforms into a golden shortsword, which Buddha uses to defend and engage in close ranged combat.
• Fourth Realm: Asura Realm, Eleven Faced Kannon-Ahimsa (Shield to Destroy the Seven Misfortunes): The Six Realms Staff transforms into a giant golden shield, capable of withstanding weapon strike without sustaining any damage.
• Fifth Realm: Preta Realm, Holy Kannon-Salakayas (Scythe of the Wild God): The Six Realms Staff transforms into a giant scythe with the head of a lion. This form can only be attained when Buddha is overcome with hatred.
• Karma-Destroying Samsara Cycle (Gometsu Rin'ne): Buddha takes a high stance with Salakayas and channels dead souls into it before swinging it sideways towards his opponent with immense force.
• Karma-Destroying Samsara Cycle: Eternal (Gometsu Rin'ne-Kuon): The lion head of Salakayas manifests and emits tremendous physical energy, causing the scythe to be swung towards the target at blinding speeds, dealing great damage to them.
• Divine Weapon Lotus (Volundr): Using the power of Buddha's Fates Intertwined, Buddha perform a Volundr and create a Divine Weapon from the handle of the Misery Cleaver.
• Mahapari Nirvana (Blade of the Celestial Eye's Awakening): Buddha holds the Great Nirvana Sword-Zero above his head and unleashes a downward slash with tremendous force.
• Equipment:
• Six Realms Staff (Rikudokon): Buddha wields an oversized prayer wheel in the form of a staff. The staff stores the power of the six guardian Buddhas of the six realms in Buddhism, allowing it to change its form to another type of weapon or tool based on his emotions.
• Great Nirvana Sword-Zero (Daien Jakuto-Zero): The ultimate divine weapon which none but those who've attained the Great Nirvana in the Pure Lands can create.

Qin Shi Huang

Qin Shi Huang is Humanity's representative in the seventh round of Ragnarok, going up against Hades. He's the founder of the Qin Dynasty and the first Emperor to unify China. His real name is Ying Zheng, with Qin Shi Huang being a title, which literally means First Emperor of Qin. He is widely regarded as the greatest Chinese Emperor of all time, despite sometimes being viewed as a tyrant. He is known as The King Where It All Began and has been called the King of Men during his battle with Hades. He is probably the most powerful Emperor in mankind's history as he was able to defeat the Demon God, Chiyou as well as fight on par with and overwhelm the King of the Netherworld, Hades.

• Skills:
• Qi Sight: Qin Shi Huang can see the flow of Qi within the bodies of living beings. Along these pathways are cruxes in the form of stars which Qin can strike to disrupt his opponent's Qi, thereby weakening their techniques.
• Mirror Touch Synesthesia: Born with this condition, whenever Qin Shi Huang saw a person be injured, he would receive the same injury by inverted.
• Techniques:
• Chi You (Shiyu): A martial art style created by Qin Shi Huang. It comprises of five different fighting styles and it is considered to be the ultimate martial art. Each of the five fighting styles are named after one of the five tools of war: Crossbow, Sword, Halberd, Spear and Armor.
• Heavenly Hand of Defense (Chi You-Armor Form) (Shiyu Kaishiki: Shoriki Tenho): Qin Shi Huang intercepts an attack and absorbs the energy of its force. After taking the force of an attack into his body, Qin Shi Huang is able to redirect it back at his opponent.
• Mount Tai Dragon Claw (Chi You-Spear Form) (Shiyu Mushiki: Taizan Ryuso): Qin Shi Huang pierces through his opponent's body by stabbing them with the zhijiatao on either his right hand or left hand.
• Tortoise Ripple (Chi You-Crossbow Form) (Shiyu Doshiki: Haryuki): Using his eyes to see the flow of Qi and the cruxes along that flow in the form of stars, Qin Shi Huang fires an invisible bullet of air from his mouth to hit one of the stars he sees. When the air bullet makes contact, the opponent's technique is weakened.
• White Tiger Crescent Moon (Chi You-Halberd Form) (Shiyu Gekishiki: Byakko Kogetsu): Qin Shi Huang lifts up his right leg and proceeds to swing his kick in a crescent arc.
• Equipment:
• Zhijiatao (Nail Guards): Qin Shi Huang possesses 5 zhijiatao in total, with 2 on his right hand, and 3 on his left. They are symbols of nobility and wealth in ancient China. Qin Shi Huang appears to use them as a piercing weapon whenever he is in battle.
• Shenluo Kaixiu / Almighty Spaulders (Shinra Kaishu): A Divine Weapon in the form of shoulder plates provided by the Volundr of the 10th Valkyrie, Alvitr. Due to Alvitr's unique nature, the Almighty Spaulders provide great defensive strength while also maximising the full potential of Qin Shi Huang's martial arts.
