Terrestrial Star Specters In Saint Seiya

There's a total of 72 Terrestrial Star Specters. But in the anime series only 11 of the specters are present. The 72 Terrestrial Specters along with the 36 Celestial Star Specters make up Hades' 108 Specters in both the series and manga. The Terrestrial Specters are ranked somewhat like the Bronze Saints or the Silver Saints due to the fact that they're the lowest rank and that there are more of them but they still can't compare to the power of the other 36 Specters

Deep Niobe
Niobe is one of Hades' 108 Specters, and his power lies in the Terrestrial Darkness Star. As Hades had yet again been reborn and a new Holy War was coming, Wyvern Rhadamanthys dispatched 17 Specters to kill Athena and keep an eye on the Gold Saints turned into Spectres.
  • Deep Fragrance: Deep Fragrance is a technique where Deep Niobe releases a scent that poisons everything around him.

Papillon Myu
Myu is a terrestrial specter. He controls the fairies and is feared by fellow specters. He is one of the Terrestrial Specters of Hades, but despite that his power rivals that of a Gold Saint. He was sent to the Sanctuary by Rhadamanthys in order to eliminate the surviving Saints, but was defeated by Aries Mu.
  • Telekinesis: Myu can manipulate objects and immobilize opponents with the power of his mind.
  • Fairy Thronging: Myu uses his Cosmos to summon a large myriad of Underworld Butterflies that immediately surround his opponent, restringing his every movement as they open a gate to the underworld, dragging Myu's enemy to the depths of Hades.

Worm Raimi
Raimi is one of Hades 108 Specters. His power lies in the Terrestrial Submission Star. As the new Holy War with Hades had begun, 17 of Hades' Specters including Raimi had made it into the Sanctuary to kill Athena and keep an eye on the Gold Saints turned into Spectres.
  • Worms Bind: Entangled opponents with his Surplice's tentacles.

Cyclops Gigant
Gigant is one of the Specters and placed his power in the Terrestrial Violence Star. He was sent along with 16 other Specters to Athena's Sanctuary, by the order of Wyvern Rhadamanthys.

Frog Zelos
Zelos is one of Hades' 108 Specters, and his power lies in the Terrestrial Strangeness Star. He was the one who sent the 17 Specters to Athena's Sanctuary by the order of Wyvern Rhadamanthys. He acted as the messenger of the events in the Sanctuary to Rhadamanthys, even though he questioned Wyvern's decision due to Pandora's wrath.

Elf Mills
Mills was one of the 17 Specters sent to the Sanctuary in Greece to take the head of Athena. Takes his power from the Inferiority Terrestrial Star.

Gorgon Ochs
Ochs is a Specter who was sent among the 17 Specters infiltrating Athena's Sanctuary, to keep tabs on the revived Gold Saints. Takes his power from the Terrestrial Race Star.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ". Asami Kazari A new member in Unit 8, she was assigned to monitor Unit 8 due to their bad reputation, and possibly to take steps in improving their activities. Unit 8 is a police unit that is authorized to use Will Wears and the ACTIVE system. Due to their collateral damage of city infrastructure, Unit 8 has a bad reputation within the police force and public media. While the Japanese title of the anime only refers to them as "Public Mobile Assault Unit Eight", official materials translate their title as "Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit."
