Celestial Star Specters In Saint Seiya

There are 36 Celestial Star Specters and most of them have been shown in the manga, anime series or Lost Canvas so far, with the exception of a few. They are the high-ranked Specters and the 3 Judges of Hell themselves are among the lines of these Specters. Their battle capacity is variable but most of them have a strength rivaling that of the Gold Saints and are assigned to the defense of some important locations.

Generals (3 Judges of Hell)

Garuda Aiacos

He is one of the three Sacred Judges of the Underworld, alongside Wyvern Rhadamanthys and Griffon Minos. As one of the leaders of the entire specter army, his power surpasses even that of a Gold Saint, but it is his immense powers over gravity, space and the mind that makes him a force to be reckoned with. Not only can he bend and invert the gravity around the opponent as he pleases, but he can also create inter-dimensional gates and illusions so potent that the enemy cannot distinguish them from reality.

• Garuda Flap: Aiacos focuses a great quantity of his Cosmos and surrounds the body of his opponent with a thin layer of energy. Then, he manipulate the gravity around his opponent, sending him flying into the air at massively faster than light speeds. Then, he reverts the gravity back to normal, and pulls the opponent back to the Earth at even faster speeds.
• Galactic Illusion: Aiacos fires a devastating shock wave that surrounds his opponent. Then, as Aiacos opens an inter-dimensional gate, the cosmic waves forces the imprisoned enemy's body through it. While within the parallel dimension, the opponent's mind is now under Aiacos's complete control.
• Sureendorajito: Aiacos creates extremely potent dark flames which spread over the bodies of nearby victims, burning them completely and taking hold of their souls. With the acquired souls, the dark flames transform into shining plumes of fire, that rain down upon Aiacos's opponents, destroying all that come in contact with them.
• Galactica Death Bling: Aiacos uses his Cosmos to immobilize and burn down the Central Nervous System of his adversary. It is considered to be his most cruel and effective attack, making the opponent entirely unable to move as he suffers absurd pain until the instant of his death.

Griffon Minos

He is one of the three Sacred Judges of the Underworld, alongside Wyvern Rhadamanthys and Garuda Aiacos. As one of the leaders of the entire specter army, his power surpasses even that of a Gold Saint, but what makes him truly deadly is his cold, calculating style of fighting, assuming control of the opponent's body and using him like a puppet against his own allies. His name means King, referring to his status as the most powerful of all Specters.

• Cosmic Marionation: Griffon Minos's most deadly attack. He uses his Cosmo to generate minuscule threads of energy that attach themselves to the arms and leg of his opponents, allowing Minos to use them as if they were his puppets, either forcing them to attack their allies, or bending and breaking the enemy's body the way he pleases.
• Gigantic Feathers Flap: Raising to the skies while focusing a great quantity of his Cosmo, Minos spreads his Surplice's wings. Then, upon flapping his wings, an absurd quantity of cosmic energy is released in the form of an intense air wave, engulfing Minos's surroundings and destroying all.

Wyvern Rhadamanthys

He is one of the three Sacred Judges of the Underworld, alongside Griffon Minos and Garuda Aiacos. As one of the leaders of the entire Specter army, Rhadamanthys's power is greater than even that of a typical Gold Saint, making him a fierce and deadly opponent.

• Greatest Caution / Maximum Destruction: His most deadly attack. He burns a great quantity of his destructive Cosmos within him, and after focusing said Cosmos on top of his palms, fires an overwhelming blast at the opponents. He can do two attack variations: Pointing his palms at the opponent and fires a volley of Cosmic Beams or he spreading both arms and releases a devastating energy waves that engulfs all of his surroundings.
• Roar Slider: After releasing a roar, Rhadamanthys gives a great leap through the air towards his target before pummeling them with devastating strikes.
• Wyvern Roar: Rhadamanthys charges a great quantity of Cosmos within his voice, and upon shouting he releases all of said Cosmos in the form of an incredibly potent sound wave, albeit of far faster speeds and far higher capacity.

Guardians of The 8 Hell Prisons

Balron Lune

He is one of the Celestial Specters of Hades, and the personal assistance of the Judge of the Underworld Minos. Despite being in the intermediary rank among Hades's specters, his power is comparable to that of a Gold Saint.

• Whip of Fire: Lune uses his cosmo whip to immobilize the opponent by wrapping the whip's length around him, and then through his Cosmo exerting enough pressure so that the enemy's body bursts completely, leaving nothing but a mass of blood and guts behind.
• Reincarnation: Focusing his Cosmo on the palm of his hands, Lune fires a potent wave of energy aimed at the opponent's mind. The enemy's senses are weakened, rendering him entirely motionless. At the end of the process, the opponent's mind is left destroyed.

Sphinx Pharaoh

He is one of the Celestial Spectres of Hades, and the caretaker of Cerberus. Despite being in the intermediary rank among Hades's specters, his power is comparable to that of a Gold Saint.

• Balance of Curse: The Specters starts playing a shooting melody with his harp, great quantities of his Cosmo flowing with each note. Quickly, the enemy is rendered almost entirely motionless, and begins to feel immense pain. As Pharaoh continues to play his song, the pain felt by the opponent increases exponentially, until his very heart bursts out of his chest.

Golem Rock

Golem Rock is one of Hades' 108 Specters. Rock's power lies in the Divine Horned Star. Like fellow Specter Troll Ivan, Golem Rock was a Guardian of the Third Prison of the Underworld. He also was considered strong and fearsome.

• Rolling Bomber Stone: Rock has the ability to manipulate stones and throw them upon the enemy, crushing it.

Lycaon Phlegyas

Phlegyas is one of Hades 108 Spectre's and has his power lyes in the Divine Crime Star. He is the Spectre who guards the Dark Lake in the fourth prison. He usually freights people over, but he doesn't charge them as Acheron Charon did.

• Howling Inferno: He charges Cosmo into his fists before punching the opponent.

Deadly Beetle Stand

Stand is one of 108 Specters of Hades. A giant and the tallest of Hades' Specters, Deadly Beetle Stand appears in the last parts of the Hades arc. Gemini Gold Saint Kanon was fighting his way to find Athena and eventually came face to face with Stand.

• Stand by Me: Similar to a wrestling hold, this move brings Stand to hold his opponent and then crushes him with his own weight.

Harpy Valentine

Valentine is one of Hades' 108 spectres, and his power lies in the Celestial Wailing Star. Unlike many of the spectres that the bronze saints have faced, Valentine proved himself to be exceptionally powerful.

• Greed the Live: Valentine shoots dozens of powerful violet rays in speed light with the movements of its wings, while strong winds begin to hit the spot, causing a explosion devouring the life force of the enemy.
• Sweet Chocolate: Valentine summons the spirits of harpies, which throw the opponent and devour their soul.

Troops

Acheron Charon

Charon is one of Hades' 108 Specter. Just like his name says he transports the dead over the river Acheron. His power lies in the Celestial Spatial Star.

• Remo Swivel (Rolling Oar): Charon rotate the paddle in a high-speed Mach 18, creating a sort of invisible barrier that prevents attacks from reaching his body. He can also use it with the same spinning intensity to attack the enemy.
• Whirlpool Crusher: Charon focuses his cosmos of his fists, then he fires a capsule or powerful vortex of energy, the energy will be expanding to become a whirlwind of energy or a cyclone around the enemy, suffering a crushing pressure and is tossed meters high.

Alraune Queen

Queen is one of Hades' Specter. His power lies within the Divine Demonic Star, and he is one of the few exceptional powerful Specters among the Underworld. He is mostly seen with his companions Harpy Valentine, Minotauros Gordon, and Basilisk Sylphid.

• Blood Flower Scissors: Alraune's Surplice has a pair of stems which he uses as whips, capable of slashing or decapitaing his victim. When he performs his attack, an image of a guillotine appears behind him.

Basilisk Sylphid

Sylphid is one of the few exceptional powerful Specters among the Underworld. Sylphid's power lies within the Divine Victory Star. He is mostly seen with his companions Harpy Valentine, Minotauros Gordon, and Alraune Queen.

• Annihilation Flap: Consists in a strong whirlwind coming from the wings of the Basilisk Surplice.
• Poisonous Wind: The Basilisk wind is poisonous, capable of paralyzing the victim's body and killing him.

Troll Ivan

Ivan is one of Hades' 108 Spectres. His power lies in the Divine Defeating Star. He supposedly one of Hades' strongest Specters, Troll Ivan didn't live up to his reputation when he had to engage in combat with one of the legendary Saints of Athena. He was renowned for possessing great strength that he used in hand-to hand combat, but his size and resistance didn't help either.

• Greatest the Perestroika

Minotauros Gordon

Gordon is one of the Specters of Hades. His power lies in the Divine Prison Star, and he is one of the few exceptional powerful Specters among the Underworld. He is often seen with his companions Basilisk Sylphid and Alraune Queen.

• Grand Axe Crusher: Gordon's right arm has the power of the legendary Minotaur's battle axe, capable of delivering a titanic blast that can split his vicitim in two.
