Mouryo In Release The Spyce

Mouryo is a company created by villains who create nasty evil experiments to then try them on humans. This group is trying hard to get rid of the Tsukikage so that they can continue their experiments without anyone bothering them.

Kurara Tendo 
Tendo also known as the Sparrow Woman, is the head of the villainous organization Mouryo. She provides her mercenaries Kyuten Jelly to energize them, as well as wipe their memories and self destruct when they fail their missions.

Theresia Ray 
Theresia is a silver-haired girl who was kidnapped and sold to Moryo as a child. She was once friends with Hatsume who was kidnapped alongside her, but was led to assume she had abandoned her when she was the only one who was rescued.

Byakko 
Byakko is a girl with great strength despite her childlike appearance. After she is captured by Tsukikage, her memories are wiped and she begins working in the hideout.

Dolte 
A mercenary working for Moryo, Dolte is a muscular woman who, when powered up, becomes almost impervious to pain and can track anyone by their scent.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ". Asami Kazari A new member in Unit 8, she was assigned to monitor Unit 8 due to their bad reputation, and possibly to take steps in improving their activities. Like Sena, she is serious and prefers to stick to the law. She operates the Oscar VI Fine Familia. After the Logos incident she becomes the leader of the new Unit 9, and her reputation becomes even worse than Unit 8's. She usually utters English phrases in their conversations. Due to their collateral damage of city infrastructure, Unit 8 has a bad reputation within the police force and public media. While the Japanese title of the anime only refers to them as "Public Mobile Assault Unit Eight", official materials translate their title as "Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit." The members are: Takeru Kuroki A Lieutenant and one of Unit 8's Willwearers, he operates the Oscar 2 Strike Interceptor.
