Michella Watch 

Michella is the younger sister of Leonardo Watch. She is unable to walk. When visiting Hellsalem's Lot with her family, she lost her eyesight in order to let Leo gain the 'All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods.' She cares greatly for her brother, having a strong bond with him since they were kids, and often calls him her "tortoise knight." She is also very brave, allowing her own eyesight to be taken in exchange for her brother to gain sight. According to Leonardo, she can sometimes get very childish and easily moody.

Benjamin Macbeth 

Benjamin is the deceased husband of Emma Macbeth and the father of William Macbeth and Mary Macbeth. He came from families of pureblood psychic casters and were investigators for the League of High Order Spirituals. He also worked on a whiskey factory and a shepherds.

Black 

Black, real name William Macbeth, is the older brother of White. Since the first Great Collapse, he shares a body with The King of Despair. He possesses very powerful psychic powers, however he appears to not be able to control them very well. The King of Despair seems have a much better grasp of Black's psychic powers. His real name is William Macbeth.

Daniel Law 

Daniel Law is a Hellsalem's Lot Police Department (HLPD) lieutenant who works alongside Libra. In exchange for not arresting Libra for illegal activities, he requests cooperation with incidents around the city. He has a younger brother, Marcus Law, who also works for the HLPD. He could and probably will bite you, maybe not with his teeth but his words. He can smoke 3 entire packs of cigarettes in a day.

Emma Macbeth 

Emma is the deceased wife of Benjamin Macbeth and the mother of William Macbeth and Mary Macbeth. According to her husband Benjamin, Emma could be ruthless when speaking of others, a trait she shared if not passed on to their daughter, Mary. She came from families of pureblood psychic casters and were investigators for the League of High Order Spirituals. She is a housewife and a shepherds.

Gregor 

Gregor is a fighter at e-den fight club. At e-den's underground arena, Gregor faces Klaus, but is immediately knocked away from behind by Jugglernose, a Beyondian, another participant. He explains to Leonardo that while people can easily pull a trigger and kill someone, people here are not for the blood, but for the love of the bare-knuckle combat.

Korsakov Ulchenko 

Korsakov is very intelligent man and one of the best human grandmasters at Prosfair. A middle aged man with short, pale blonde hair. He always wears a formal suit and tie. He is also an ambitious individual, and very confident in Prosfair game.

Luciana Estevez 

Luciana Estevez is a doctor and former human that appears in the second season of Blood Blockade Battlefront. Her humanity was willingly taken by Magra de Grana so that she could save everyone in the hospital.

• Cloning: She is able to divide herself into numerous units causing her to de-age and look like a child.
• Phardem Triga: Luciana and her clones slices her victims with her scalpel, thus, causing the latter to split into pieces. The clones then become one Luciana who has longer hair and a more mature physique.

Martin 

Martin works as truck driver who transports gas. His partner is Roger. Martin and Roger hit Nej and go out to check him and Roger gets angry at how reckless Nej was, but see he is fine. Not wanting to escalate the situation as that would cause them trouble and seeing Nej keeps talking about burgers, Roger tells Martin to give Nej Roger's half-eaten burger which Nej happily accepts.

Master 

Master is the owner and proprietor of Leo's favorite Diannes Diner and Vivian's father. Despite his gruff exterior, he's kind enough to allow Leo to wash dishes in exchange for a meal the boy otherwise couldn't afford. He clearly loves his daughter. He also shows he trusts Leo enough with Vivian's safety when he urges him to escape with her. Like Vivian, he has clearly adapted to life in Hellsalem's Lot, as even after his Diner is destroyed he continues to work out of the ruins until it is rebuilt.

Philip Lenore
Philip Lenore, A combat butler from the Reinherz Family who admires Gilbert. He spent some time on HL to help an injured Gilbert with his duties as butler. He permanently loses his left eye after an incident where he got his brain extracted. Gilbert offered him to stay to work for Libra, but Philip vehemently refused.

Toby McLachlan
Toby is the son of a rich family and Michella Watch’s fiance. At some unknown point in time, he is taken over by Dr. Gamimotz. Michella, sensing something was wrong with Toby, decides to go visit Leo in HL to ask him for help. Gamimotz tells Leonardo that the guy is in a dream, and all that was said by him about Michella are his real feelings and not Gamimotz words. He is released from Gamimotz control when the beyondian tries to take over Leonardo.

Vivian 

Vivian is the daughter of the owner of Leo's favorite Diannes Diner, where she works as a Waitress. Described by Leo as being a 'busybody' in the anime, she seems very-down to earth & isn't above giving him a piece of her mind. Like many residents of Hellsalem's Lot, she seems indifferent to the weirdness that surrounds her, though she may simply have chosen to ignore it.

White 

White is a mysterious girl who approached Leonardo Watch after he recovered from his injury. She is also the younger sister of Black. Her real name is Mary Macbeth. Despite being a descendant of a lineage of psychics, White has no particular powers, unlike her brother Black. However she got severely injured 3 years before the series and with her parents powers became the key of the gateway of the city, to keep her alive. It also seems she may have some power over the force field seeing that a fog was created after her death which slowed The King Of Despair down. Her real name is Mary Macbeth.

Roger
