Raju Jugei Shizuyoshi 

Raju is the proclaimed Blood Battle God, founder of the Big Dipper Blood Battle Style and master to Zapp Renfro and Zed O'Brien. Raju is capable of taking down high-ranked Blood Breeds, and is known for disappearing for decades at a time to do so. His skills have led to him being called the Blood Battle God.

• Big Dipper Blood Battle Style: As a double attribute master, he uses both the Kagutsuchi and Shinatobe branch, both of which he founded.

Aligura 

The Queen of Monomania. She is the one who fused Dog and Deldro in order to create her ideal boyfriend with the power and ruthlessness of the latter and the handsomeness of the former. As her title of monomania implies, when Aligura finds something she wants, she'll devote everything she has to get it without any regard for whatever may stand in her way. As one of the Thirteen Kings, she holds considerable influence over the Beyondian criminal underworld, and is able to survive in the otherworldly conditions of the other side.

Amagranoff Luozontam Ouv Lee Nej 

Nej is a beyondian who likes burgers and became friends with Leonardo Watch. He has a carefree, spirited personality and is kind with everyone who gives him burgers mostly, often seeing the other person as kind. However, if he witnesses somebody hurting his friends he will explode in anger and spew out amnesia spores. Due to his memory loss of the amnesia spores from his head, he may have forgotten his background or psychology.

Don Arlelelle Eruca Fulgrouche 

Don Arlelelle is a beyondian and one of the leading bosses of the alterworld. He is big fan of the Prosfair game. Considered one of the most influential & mysterious Mob bosses in the Beyond, very little is known about him, save that he is an avid Pross-Fair player & is willing to offer favors to anyone who can entertain him for a set period of time in proportion to the magnitude of the request.

Femt 

The self-proclaimed King of Depravity, ruler of Hellsalem's lot, and the ringleader of a powerful crime syndicate operating in the city known as the Thirteen Kings. Known for his sadistic personality and tendency to stir havoc in Hellsalem's lot merely for the sake of excitement. To this end, he's always willing to give his enemies a chance to win though he'll often throw temper tantrums when they do. He is a master scientist, well versed in both Earth science and Beyondian alchemy, and uses his army of monsters to wreak havoc upon Hellsalems Lot. His mastery of science allows him to create new life with astonishing ease and speed.

Magra de Grana
Magra is a beyondian who found the Phantom Hospital in the Alterworld after it was left behind, when Hellsalem's Lot was formed. He is responsible for Luciana Estevez' loss of her humanity and the gain of her cloning ability. During the Great Collapse, he wanders around helping Beyondians and healing them. He ends up in Bradbury General Hospital, where he finds Luciana injured along with other people. By her desire, he gives her the ability to split and perform high-speed treatments. He stayed in the hospital and became the director.

Riel
Riel is a beyondian with an extremely frail and thin body. He is a friend of Leo, and both get beat up and mugged a lot. Riel is convinced by Gemnemo to undergo his procedure to become stronger. After becoming a giant because of it and seeing the chaos he caused and how lonely he was, he regrets accepting Gemnemo’s offers. He ends up becoming really tiny, but is happy with the outcome.

Shiboroba 

Shiboroba is a beyondian who together with Yahabio & Udeshiubo were using the Ghost Wagon to transport humans for food to the alterworld. Shiboroba is master at illusions, capable of covering everything with them. The only one who saw through his illusion's was Leo with the help of his 'All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods.'

Udeshiubo 

Udeshiubo is a beyondian who together with Shiboroba & Yahabio were using the Ghost Wagon to transport humans for food to the alterworld. Nothing was seen from Udeshiubo, as he was defeated before he was able to do anything.

Guabara 

Guabara was seen on television, talking a host about the events that led to the creation of Hellsalem's Lot.

Yahabio 

Yahabio is a beyondian who together with Shiboroba & Udeshiubo were using the Ghost Wagon to transport humans for food to the alterworld. He is very fast, capable of keeping up with fast-moving cars with ease. He also seems to be skilled swordsman as he was using a sword, but died before he was able to show his abilities.

Theodora
Theodora, The Queen of Hypersensitivity, considered the hardest of the Thirteen Kings to handle. Theodora is said to reside in the deepest part of Hellsalem's Lot. She possesses such a sensitive nervous system that it is able to detect almost all activity in the city. Through contracts, she is also capable of improving the nervous systems of others to a similar level provided they can handle the stress of it.

Dr. Gamimotz
Dr. Gamimotz is a researcher that is studying and experimenting with the Prosthetic Limbs of the Gods all over the world. When first meeting Leonardo Watch, he was possessing Michella Watch's fiancee, Toby McLachlan.

• Possession: Dr. Gamimotz can perform an operation on his chosen target and possess them via a surgical procedure, thus enabling him to control their actions.
• Prosthetic Limbs of the Gods: In addition to the 'All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods,' Dr. Gamimotz possesses at least four other prosthetic limbs of the gods, including an arm and a leg, that he stores in the coffins on his back, and can unleash them and use their powers.
• All-Seeing Eyes of the Gods: Dr. Gamimotz can manipulate the vision of numerous people, including making them oblivious to a murder just committed, or taking over the sight of multiple drivers in order to cause an accident.

Ozmaldo 

Ozmaldo is the owner and champion of e-den fighting club. He is a former undefeated champion of e-den underground arena, who currently owns it. During his fight, he is impressed by Klaus, who after changing form, blows Ozmaldo's head with a punch, revealing that a Blood Breed inside of him. The Blood Breed explains that he didn't kill Ozmaldo, but just used his body and after throwing Klaus away, he escapes.

Riga El Menuhyut
Riga El Menuhyut, called the Ophthalmology Engineer for Beings of Higher Existence by Dr. Gamimotz, was the one responsible for bestowing humans, including Leonardo Watch, with the "All Seeing Eyes of the Gods". Throughout the ages, Riga El Menuhyut would appear before humans during times of major cataclysms whilst bearing the 'Eyes of the Gods' and present them the question of "Who will see to the end?". Once selected, the chosen holders of the eyes would then observe and record these events using the eyes bestowed upon them.

Velved WS Rheinkeimer
Velved used to work for the Werewolf Bureau, but after getting injured in battle she lost her heightened senses. Velved was a werewolf hunter, but during a fight she got seriously injured and lost the level of senses (hearing, smell and sight) required to capture a werewolf.
