Team Asta

Amana 

Amana was a player of the game Greed Island. She was also a member of Team Asta and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. She was quiet as well as observant, and quick at deducing conditions to acquire certain cards within the game.

Asta 

Asta was a knowledgeable leader of team of players consisting of Manheim and Amana on Greed Island and was a member of Kazsule's Alliance. She was short-tempered and prideful, causing her to clash almost immediately with Killua who didn't take kindly to her down talking. Asta's team had 2 other members, Amana and Manheim. They were fairly advanced in the game, as they collected 71 Specified Slot cards by the time they decided to cooperate with Gon and Killua.

Manheim 

Mannheim was a player of the game Greed Island. He was also a member of Team Asta and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. Manheim displayed a laid-back attitude, in stark contrast to Asta's hot-tempered personality.

Bellam Brothers

Gashta Bellam 

Gashta is a professional Hunter and a player of the game Greed Island hired by Battera. He is an above-average Greed Island player and considered a troublesome opponent despite only recently starting the game. He seems to be the leader of the two-man team.

Zetsk Bellam 

Zetsk is a player of the game Greed Island hired by Battera. He and his brother were feared by multiple players. He is highly perceptive, having succeeded in sensing the presence of multiple onlookers as soon as he joined the game.

Bomber

Bara 

Bara is a former member of the Bomber group, alongside Genthru and Sub. He was among the players trying to clear the Greed Island game. He has a good degree of physical strength and skills at hand-to-hand combat. He also has a surprising amount of endurance, something even Biscuit was impressed by since she normally kills her opponents with one blow.

Genthru 

Genthru is the former leader of the Bomber group, whose members included Sub and Bara. He was among the players trying to clear the Greed Island game. He was also known as the Bomber among Greed Island players.

• Little Flower (Unknown): Genthru gives his aura explosive properties, creating small yet deadly detonations in his palms. He employs this ability by grabbing hold of an opponent and triggering the explosion.
• Countdown (Conjuration, Emission, and Manipulation): Genthru can attach a bomb to a victim by following two conditions: he must touch the target while saying the word "Bomber" and explain both of his abilities in full. The bomb is then conjured and its countdown timer starts at 6000. When it reaches 0, the target explodes from the inside, with the blast being ten times more powerful than that of Little Flower. In order to nullify this ability, the victim needs to touch Genthru and say, "I caught the Bomber". Genthru can detonate the bombs at any time when touching thumbs together with Sub and Bara, with all three saying the word "Release".

Sub 

Sub is a former member of the Bomber group, alongside Genthru and Bara. He was among the players trying to clear the Greed Island game. Sub is a capable hand-to-hand combatant and Nen user. He can find an enemy's weak spots. He is an accurate thrower and also fairly durable and endowed with a good resistance to electricity.

Team Gon

Biscuit Krueger 

Biscuit is a Double-Star Stone Hunter who was hired by Battera to clear the video game Greed Island following the auction for the game in Yorknew City. She prefers to be called "Bisky". She is an incredibly skilled and powerful fighter. Through gruesome training, she was able to reach the peak of her physical potential. Her strength is also vastly superhuman. Even without reverting to her original appearance.

• Magical Esthetician (Manipulation and Transmutation): Biscuit summons a masseuse she calls Cookie which uses different massaging techniques and a Nen-transmuted lotion to relieve fatigue and restore vitality to anyone it massages. It can also burn off excess fat and cure arthritis, muscle tension and locked joints.
• Piano Massage (Manipulation and Transmutation): With this massage, 30 minutes of sleep will be equivalent to eight hours. It not only relieves physical and mental fatigue, but it also accelerates the restoration of the aura of the person receiving the massage.
• Body Transformation (Unknown): Biscuit is capable of changing her appearance to look younger and far less muscular, which comes at the cost of severely reducing her physical abilities. It allows her to conceal her true power and thus retain a trump card in battle.

Gon Freecss 

Gon is an athletic, naive, and friendly boy. Having spent a lot of time in the woods as a child, he gets along very well with animals and has superhuman senses such as heightened sense of smell and sight, as well as very keen taste. Raised by Mito, Gon wants to become a Hunter in order to find his father, Ging. During the Hunter Exam Gon befriends Killua Zoldyck, Kurapika and Leorio Paradinight. After successfully becoming a licensed Hunter, Gon and Killua learn about Nen from Wing and later train further under Biscuit Krueger.

Killua Zoldyck 

Killua is initially introduced as a cheeky, cheerful and mischievous kid who befriends Gon during the Hunter Exam. His ruthlessness and aptitude in killing show the other side of him — deadly, violent, and bloodthirsty. A member of the famous Zoldyck Family of assassins, Killua has been trained to be an assassin since birth and conditioned to possess extreme tolerance for poison, electricity and pain.

Team Hanse

Hanse 

Hanse was a Greed Island player and the leader of Team Hanse, which included two other members, Zeho and Wong Li. He was also a member of Kazsule's Alliance. Not much is known about Hanse's personality, but he becomes anxious when he realizes that he has a bomb attached to him after learning about the bomb placement conditions and becomes upset when weapons are allowed in the boxing match.

Wong Li
Wong Li was a Greed Island player, a member of Team Hanse with Zeho, and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. Not much is known about Wong Li's personality, but he becomes anxious when he realizes that his leader Hanse has a bomb attached to him and becomes upset when weapons are allowed in the boxing match.

Zeho 

Zeho was a Greed Island player, a member of Team Hanse, and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. He was not a scheming individual and generally acted as the brawn for his team. He was confident in his physical strength and the fact that he was an Enhancer, volunteering to answer Bopobo's sumo challenge.

Team Kazsule

Kazsule 

Kazsule was a player of the game Greed Island. In addition to being the leader of a team that consisted of Souheil and Nick Cue, he was the leader of his own alliance with twelve other Greed Island players. He was very knowledgeable about the game and was shown to be capable of leading a team.

Nick Cue 

Nick was a player of the Greed Island game, as well as a member of Team Kazsule and his alliance. Not much is known about Nick Cue's personality, but he had some knowledge of how most spell cards in Greed Island worked.

Souheil 

Souheil was a player of the Greed Island game, as well as a member of Team Kazsule and his alliance. Not much is known about Souheil's personality, but he did speak in favor of Gon's team being allowed to join the alliance meeting when Asta scorned them for having no use.

Team Tsezguerra

Barry 

Barry is a professional Hunter hired by Battera to clear the game Greed Island. He, Kess, and Rodriot have been working with Tsezguerra for 20 years, and were hired by Battera to clear Greed Island. As one of the Hunters hired by Battera and a member of Tsezguerra's team, he is at least a decent Nen user. He was able to completely overwhelm his opponent, proving himself not only a skilled boxer, but also a good tactician. He is very fit and capable of chaining together a barrage of punches until his adversary is knocked out.

Kess 

Kess is a professional Hunter hired by Battera to clear the game Greed Island. He, Barry, and Rodriot have been working with Tsezguerra for 20 years, and were hired by Battera to clear Greed Island. As one of the Hunters hired by Battera and a member of Tsezguerra's team, he is at least a decent Nen user. He has shown to be able to materialize an object as complex as a radar, meaning that he is proficient in Conjuration. This ability complements Tsezguerra's guerrilla tactics very well.

• Silent Worker (Conjuration): Kess conjures a device akin to a radar which allows him to track the approximate locations of a specific target or group over a vast area.

Rodriot 

Rodriot is a professional Hunter hired by Battera to clear the game Greed Island. He is most commonly seen wearing the same military-like attire as his teammates. He seems to be the most volatile among Tsezguerra's teammates. He, Barry, and Kess have been working with Tsezguerra for 20 years, and were hired by Battera to clear Greed Island. Due to being able to access Greed Island and being a Hunter, Rodriot is capable of utilizing Nen.

Tsezguerra 

Tsezguerra is a Single-Star Jackpot Hunter. He was also a Greed Island player and partner of Battera in his attempt to complete the game. As a Single-Star Jackpot Hunter, Tsezguerra has access to substantial funds. His contributions to his field of specialization were great enough to earn him one star. He is also known to be a capable leader and to excel at guerrilla tactics, messing with the Bombers for over three weeks. He is also good at gauging other people's power. Tsezguerra's Nen type, as well as any particular Nen ability (if any), has yet to be shown.

Team Yabibi

Montreux 

Montreux as a player of the Greed Island game. He was the other member of Team Yabibi and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. He was a self-confident individual, declaring himself superior to the pirate boxer before the latter showed his abilities.

• Projectile Punches (Emission): Montreux can fire aura bullets around the size of his fist from his hands by making a punching motion. They can be shot in quick succession and are so fast that Montreux believed they could be dodged only by knowing about them in advance.

Yabibi 

Yabibi was a player of the Greed Island game, the leader of a two-man team consisting of himself and Montreux, and a member of Kazsule's Alliance. He was a calm, reserved, and rational man who liked to take prudent measures before making risky moves.

Other Players

Binolt 

Binolt is a former Greed Island player and a high-class criminal despite being a Blacklist Hunter. He is wanted for committing numerous acts of murder without any apparent concrete justification.

• Scissors Belt: Binolt is seen wearing a belt that carries four pouches, each of which holds a pair of scissors. The scissors are used by Binolt as weapons as well as to cut the hair of his targets so that he can consume it for the activation of his ability.
• Scissor Hands: By cutting his target's hair with his favorite scissors and eating it, Binolt can learn any physique-related information about his opponent.

Latarza 

Latarza was a Greed Island player. He had a mean streak, as he was not only willing to prey on two young newbies, but he also taunted them repeatedly for their ignorance of the game's mechanics.

Motaricke 

Motaricke is a player of the game Greed Island. He is an overthinking and logical person who, despite being extremely anxious and timid, mustered up the courage to ambush Gon and Killua.
