Teresa is the 182nd Claymore of the 77th generation in the Organization, formerly ranked as No. 1. She is among the eight No. 1 warriors capable of surpassing the original Abyssal Ones, considered even to be the strongest ever created. She is also regarded as the most powerful character in the series for her unparalleled combat ability, Yoki perception, and Yoki reserve, even against an awakened Rosemary or a near-awakened Priscilla, a mere ten-percent energy release was enough to overpower them. She was nicknamed "Teresa of the Faint Smile" for the faint smiles that graced her face as she effortlessly slaughtered her enemies.

Rosemary was Claymore No. 1 of her generation but was demoted to No. 2 upon Teresa's promotion. She was also Claymore No. 4 of Hysteria's generation. She appeared to be a serious Claymore who took immense pride in her No.1 ranking until Teresa stripped her of that title. Despite her outward acceptance, she secretly despised her successor, going to the point of Awakening just to kill her and prove that she was more powerful.

Priscilla was to be Claymore No. 2 of Teresa's generation and is considered to be the second most powerful character in the series, surpassing all the Abyssals. During her time as a Claymore, she possessed incredible potential as a warrior and, like Teresa, could fight without using her Yoki. She rose to the position of No.2 after just a few months in the field and was tasked to assassinate Teresa with the help of fellow single-digits Irene (current No. 2), Noel (No. 4), and Sophia (No. 3). It was during this mission that she reached her limit and Awakened, becoming the main antagonist of the series.

Irene was Claymore No. 2 of Teresa's generation. Irene was demoted to No. 3, after Priscilla was promoted in her place. Irene is known for her high-speed sword technique, giving her the nickname "Quicksword Irene". After Teresa's death and Priscilla's Awakening, she faked her own death and deserted the Organization. She emerged from hiding to help Clare. Her death is implied but never confirmed. Rafaela, the enforcer sent to kill her, told her that "for deserting the Organization, your life is forfeit." However, it is later revealed that Irene survived as she welcomes Clare and Raki into her home.

Sophia

Sophia was Claymore No. 3 of Teresa's generation. She was demoted to No.4 when Priscilla was promoted to No. 2. Due to her immense strength, she was known as "Muscular Sophia".

Noel

Noel was Claymore No.4 of Teresa's generation. She was demoted to No.5 when Priscilla was promoted to No. 2. Due to her exceptional agility, she was known as "Stormwind Noel".

She is resurrected by Dae, alongside Cassandra and Roxanne, with the purpose of halting the rebellion of the current Claymore generation. During this event, she Awakens, becoming one of the new Abyssals.

Europa

Europa was Claymore ranked ranked either No.3 or No.5 in her generation. During her lifetime, she was known as "Europa the Lazy" due to her tendency to feign death when she found battles too troublesome. She was among the group of Awakened former single-digit warriors who gathered outside Rabona to witness the being whose power surpasses the Abyssal Ones.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names.
