The New Round Table Council In Log Horizon
The new Round Table Council (RTC) is the successor and restructurization of the original Round Table Alliance after its collapse. The representative of the Round Table Council is now Rayneshia, replacing Krusty, and Li Gan and Kinjo are members of the new RTC as advisers and representatives for the People of the Earth. Aside from some renaming, restructuring, and relocation of some guilds, most of its former members remained the new RTC, with the exception of Grandeur and the now-disbanded Honesty. Silver Sword, also joined the Round Table as the representative for the Ezzo Empire.
Rayneshia
Role: Leader Of The New RTC
Description: Rayneshia El-Arte Corwen is a member of the Corwen family, the most prestigious dukedom in the Eastal League of Free Cities. She is the granddaughter of Serjiad Corwen, the Duke of Maihama, and the second child of Feynail and Saraliya. Her older sister is Risselthea and her younger brother is Iselus. After the events of the Return of the Goblin King, she becomes the Ambassadress of the Eastal League of Free Cities to Akiba. During her time there, she assists in Operation Capture as an external support member of the Akiba Raid Party. She is a laid-back, gloomy and lazy girl to the core who prefers to do nothing but eat, daydream and nap for the entire day. Nonetheless, being raised in a royal family, she knows how to act properly in society and to control herself in front of others.
Li Gan
Role: Technical Adviser
Description: Li Gan is a Sage of Miral Lake and a dedicated magic researcher. He first appears to discuss the world's magic laws with Shiroe, and later is invited by the enchanter to travel north to Susukino with him. He sometimes appears to be a shady character. Like all Elves, he has characteristically pointy ears. He holds great interest in studying the laws and mysteries of magic, and is excited by the meeting of three different kinds of scholars present. He is easily excited by the chance at gaining new knowledge, no matter how small. He has immense knowledge of the past of Theldesia and is even able to manipulate the technology of the Ancients.
Kinjou
Role: Adviser of Urban Management
Description: Kinjou is a Earthling Half-Alv Successor and the young leader of the Kunie clan operating in Akiba. Although Kinjo is referred to as a single person, it seems that there are in fact several individuals that share the same name; however, they also all share the same memories and knowledge, so it is difficult to tell. Kinjo is a very stoic and expressionless individual, but it is hard to tell whether he constantly wears a poker face or if he truly cannot express emotion. However, even he was obviously excited when he and Roderick unveiled the prototype meter; he is also good at making conversation in spite of his lack of expressions.
Shiroe
Role: Leader & Representative of Log Horizon
Description: Shiroe is a Half-Alv Enchanter-Scribe and the main protagonist of the Log Horizon series. A veteran player of the Elder Tale, he was formerly the strategist of the legendary Debauchery Tea Party, and is the current Guild Master of Log Horizon. In the real world, he is a 23-year old engineering graduate student named Kei Shirogane. His Overskill is Contract Art Ceremony. He has a female Summoner alt on the test server who is named Roe2. Since the Catastrophe, the alt's body has been controlled by a Fool, although she is on his and the Adventurers' side.
William Massachusetts
Role: Representative of Silver Sword
Description: William Massachusetts, also known as Mithril Eyes William, is an Elf Assassin-Hunter and the guild master of Silver Sword, whose specialty is ranged combat. As the guildmaster of a raiding guild, William held that whatever happened to the city, for good or ill, was not his concern. In the wake of the formation of the Round Table Alliance, he goes into self-exile with his guild following him. While Adventurers speculated that William was too proud to bow down to any kind of governing body, the truth was that his decision was brought on by a feeling of shame due to his own pettiness. He and Silver Sword finally join the New Round Table Council, bridging Susukino and Akiba together. In the real world, William is a high-school student whose real name is Masashi Nakayama.
Isaac
Role: Representative of Black Sword Knights
Description: Isaac, also known as Black Sword Isaac, is the guild master of Black Sword Knights. He is a Human Guardian-Gladiator and a member of the Round Table Alliance. Prior to the Catastrophe, he was a carpenter. His real name is Araki Takafumi, and he at one point assisted the founder of the Kahoku Construction Company, Miyagi prefecture. Although Isaac is normally hot-blooded and easily agitated, he is methodical and calculating in battle.
Takayama Misa
Role: Representative of D3-Hub
Description: Takayama Misa is a level 90 Bard-Master Swordsman and is one of the Drei Klauen in D.D.D, the biggest battle guild in Akiba. She has two Overskills, Hermes Link and Guardian Wolf. In real life, she is a kindergarten teacher; her real name is the same as her in-game name. From her interactions with Krusty and other members in her guild, she seems to be the "mother" of the guild, scolding members and even the guild master whenever they goof off or get lazy.
Rieze
Role: Representative of D3-Hub
Description: Rieze is a Half-Alv Sorcerer-Strategist and a member of the D.D.D in Elder Tale. She is one of the Drei Klauen, the ladies who act as Krusty's second-in-commands. Along with Henrietta, she acts as one of the leaders of the Akiba Raid Party during Operation Capture. Her Overskill is Chiron Tablet. Her real name is Celica Aizawa. She has blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Her uniform color is red, in comparison to Takayama Misa's blue and third Drei Klauen member Kushiyatama's green.
Kushiyatama
Role: Representative of D3-Hub
Description: Kushiyatama is an Elf Kannagi-Chef and a former member of D.D.D who held the position of one of the Drei Klauen, along with Takayama Misa and Rieze. However, she and Yaezakura were separated from the guild after the Catastrophe but she has made her way back to Akiba and participates in Operation Capture as a member of the Akiba Raid Party. She later joins the Shibuya Raid Team. In the real world, her name is Yuukari Ooe, and she is a 25-year-old IT worker.
Soujiro Seta
Role: Representative of West Wind Brigade
Description: Soujiro Seta, commonly referred to as Souji, is a Human Samurai-Master Swordsman. He is the guild master of West Wind Brigade, as well as a former member of the Debauchery Tea Party. He is one of two known Master Swordsmans. His Overskill is Clairvoyance. Soujiro is quite popular with the opposite sex as there is comment that all the girls want him. Almost his entire guild consists of his fans, and there is another separate fan club dedicated to him that numbers over 200 members.
Michitaka
Role: Representative of Marine Organization
Description: Michitaka is one of the players trapped in the Elder Tale. His character is a Human Monk-Blacksmith and he is the leader of the biggest production guild in Akiba named Marine Organization, consisting of 2,500 members. In the real world, he is a section chief salaryman named Michitaka Oikawa. Michitaka is likened to a bear due to his big body and is easily the largest of the three large Production guild masters.
Roderick
Role: Representative of The Roderick Firm
Description: Roderick, also known as Fairy Doctor Roderick, is the guild master of The Roderick Firm. He is a Ritian Summoner-Apothecary and a member of the Round Table Alliance. His guild focuses on the acquisition of rare ingredients for equally-rare items or equipment. Roderick himself is an academic-looking man that works as a Apothecary. In the real world, his name is Yoshifumi Ayano. He has facial and body tattoos as a result of his Ritian race. Roderick always wears a white lab coat and dons a pair of glasses.
Calasin
Role: Representative of Trade Network 8
Description: Calasin, also known as Young Boss Calasin, is the guild master of Shopping District 8, one of the top three production guilds in Akiba. He is a Human Summoner-Merchant and a member of the Round Table Alliance. His Overskill is Multi-Line. Calasin's real name is Yousuke Mikami and he works in an advertising agency. Calasin is considered to be a very shrewd businessman and will take advantage of any transaction or deal to ensure that he gets the largest profit possible.
Marielle
Role: Representative of Crescent Moon Alliance
Description: Marielle is an Elf Cleric-Woodworker and the guild master of the Crescent Moon Alliance. She is an eccentric, energetic, and affectionate person. This bright personality manifests itself in her choice of clothes and the way she greets people. She and her guild provide valuable assistance for Shiroe and his party. In the old world, she was Marie Sakamoto, a 28-year-old unemployed woman and has been friends with Henrietta since high school.
Akaneya Ichimonjinosuke
Role: Representative of Radio Market
Description: Akaneya Ichimonjinosuke is a Human Sorcerer-Artificer and the guild master of Radio Market. He is a member of the Round Table Alliance as one of the representatives of the small guilds in Akiba. Akaneya is a long-time Elder Tale veteran with even more experience in the game than Shiroe. How long he has played for is unknown, but he ran a livestream channel where he would listen to other players' grievances and give advice, or show off his attempts at forging rare items.
