Silver Sword In Log Horizon
Silver Sword is a raiding guild in Elder Tale led by Mithril Eyes William Massachusetts. After the establishment of the Round Table, Silver Sword moves to Susukino, freeing and defending the city from Giants. Despite getting off to a rocky start with the Round Table, Silver Sword later proves an invaluably ally. Silver Sword makes decisions based on the consensus of its members, but it's no secret that William, Dinclon, Prometheus, and Ukiyo are the guild's driving forces. If likened to a car, William steps on the acceleration, Prometheus steers, Ukiyo brakes, and Dinclon is the bumper in case they crash into something.

Description: William Massachusetts, also known as Mithril Eyes William, is an Elf Assassin-Hunter and the guild master of Silver Sword, whose specialty is ranged combat. As the guildmaster of a raiding guild, William held that whatever happened to the city, for good or ill, was not his concern. In the wake of the formation of the Round Table Alliance, he goes into self-exile with his guild following him. While Adventurers speculated that William was too proud to bow down to any kind of governing body, the truth was that his decision was brought on by a feeling of shame due to his own pettiness. He and Silver Sword finally join the New Round Table Council, bridging Susukino and Akiba together. In the real world, William is a high-school student whose real name is Masashi Nakayama.
Dinclon

Description: Dinclon is an Elf Guardian-Knight and a high-leveled member of Silver Sword. He, along with Prometheus, is one of William Massachusetts' aides during the Round Table Conference. In the Abyssal Shaft Raid Party, he is the center of the first party with his high defense. In real life, Dinclon's name is Haruhito Kijima. He is a university student who enjoys traveling, but has trouble making friends.
Ukiyo

Description: Ukiyo is an Elf Cleric-Maid in Silver Sword, and was one of its founding members. She participates in the Abyssal Shaft Raid Party as a member of the first party. She is rather popular both within her guild and with the People of the Earth, despite her high-handed personality. Like most of the other members in her guild, she looks down on battle guilds that challenge lower-level dungeons. She speaks very frankly to the men, encouraging them by playing tsukkomi (physical damage included), and looks after the younger girls.
Prometheus

Description: Prometheus is a Sorcerer-Scout in Silver Sword. He and Dinclon helped William Massachusetts establish the guild and continued serving as his aides at the time the Catastrophe hit. In the old world, he was Tomo Mizukusa, a university student attending the same school as Dinclon. His birthday is October 9. Although he is usually silent, much like his namesake of the Greek Titan he is named after, Prometheus' wisdom and judgement is on par with William's. Like Dinclon, he is loyal to William, and is one of Silver Sword's earliest members. He uses his subclass to quickly discern the enemy's weaknesses.

Description: Touko is an Elf Kannagi-Talismancer and a high-leveled member of Silver Sword. He was a member of the Abyssal Shaft Raid Party. He is a tall, bespectacled Elf with dark brown hair who wears traditional Japanese clothing. Although Touko is a young man, he is one of the oldest members of Silver Sword and serves as one of William's advisers.

He's the kind of person who does things at his own pace, but sometimes displays a profound wisdom that surprises those around him. He seems to be rather laid-back, simply commenting I screwed up after reviving when the experience of death and Mare Tranquillitatis was enough to demoralize most of Silver Sword's members that quit raiding. As the guild's forerunner, he isn't afraid of running straight into danger to gather information for the rest. With fortitude and vigor, his battle stance consists of putting importance on efficiency over showing off, making sure to weaken the enemy.
