Black Sword Knights In Log Horizon

Black Sword Knights is one of the major battle guilds in Akiba, led by Black Sword Isaac. The guild is infamous for only accepting members that are level 85 or higher. The guild later becomes one of the members of the Round Table Alliance, and remains in the reformed New Round Table Council.

Description: Isaac, also known as Black Sword Isaac, is the guild master of Black Sword Knights. He is a Human Guardian-Gladiator and a member of the Round Table Alliance. Prior to the Catastrophe, he was a carpenter. His real name is Araki Takafumi, and he at one point assisted the founder of the Kahoku Construction Company, Miyagi prefecture. Although Isaac is normally hot-blooded and easily agitated, he is methodical and calculating in battle.

Description: Fried is a Wolf Fang Guardian-Dragon Tamer in the Black Sword Knights, where he serves as a Kamikaze Unit Leader under the guild's vice commander, Don Masdy. He is known as the Raijin in the Black Sword due to his fighting style: wielding a spear and trampling down the battlefield atop his pet Centrosaurus, proof that he's mastered a highly-difficult subclass.

Description: Rezarick is a Human Cleric-Accountant and a member of Black Sword Knights who serves as Isaac's adjutant. In real life, his name is Kenta Yamazaki, and he works as a cook. As the guild's quartermaster, he ended up shouldering the entire guild's administrative work on his own, and is suggested to be the one keeping the guild together behind-the-scenes.

Description: Aguni is a Dwarf Sorcerer-Talismancer in the Black Sword Knights and one of the guild's few female members, alongside Kirin-chan. Her build is completely focused on Fire attack magic, and is one of those magic gorilla types who always works on increasing her firepower. To most, Agni appears to be courageous and as fierce as a tiger. She appears unconcerned about her outward appearance and can be as rough-and-tumble as the men; however, secretly, she worries about her lack of femininity.

Kinou no Wanko

Description: Kinou no Wanko is a Felinoid Samurai in the Black Sword Knights. Along with Rezarick, Kinou serves as one of the Sword Knight representatives for the Summer Training camp. When the Sahuagin begin attacking en masse, he and the other teachers band together to buy time for the lower-leveled players to escape.

Description: Kirin is a Dwarf Summoner-Animal Trainer in the Black Sword Knights. Her birthday is on May 15. Even though she looks like a joke with her giraffe-head headdress, she's actually a highly skilled combatant and entertainer who utilizes high-speed comedy action. Her favorite phrase is "Giraffes can run at 60km per hour?!" Anyone who points out her short stature will be met with a sharp headbutt from her giraffe head.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ". Asami Kazari A new member in Unit 8, she was assigned to monitor Unit 8 due to their bad reputation, and possibly to take steps in improving their activities. Unit 8 is a police unit that is authorized to use Will Wears and the ACTIVE system. Due to their collateral damage of city infrastructure, Unit 8 has a bad reputation within the police force and public media. While the Japanese title of the anime only refers to them as "Public Mobile Assault Unit Eight", official materials translate their title as "Special Public Security Fifth Division Third Mobile Assault Eighth Unit."
