Tsubumon (Fresh)
Tsubumon is a Slime Digimon. It has an appearance like a seed, although it is not a Plant-species Digimon. It cannot fly, but it is able to move over land, water, or anywhere, while hopping and bouncing, and it is said that there is no place where Tsubumon cannot move through. However, because of its small body, it is sent flying on days with a strong wind, and as a result of that, it is often mistaken for a Plant-species.
Attacks
San no Awa: Drives off the opponent with acidic bubbles.

Upamon (In-Training)
Upamon is an Amphibian Digimon. It has ear-like branchia growing from both sides of its head. Although it is able to live whether on land or under water, it appears that it is rather suited for life on land. Because of its carefree personality, it is easily and frequently bullied by other Digimon. However, because of its personality, there are occasions when it mistakes it as being played with, rather than it being bullied.
Attacks
Shock Shout: Releases an ultrasonic shout to make the opponent flinch.

Armadillomon (Rookie)
Armadillomon is a Mammal Digimon. Its body is covered in a hard shell. It has a carefree, charming personality, but occasionally gets hurt if it gets carried away. Just like Veemon and the others, Armadillomon is a descendant of an ancient species, so it is able to perform special Armor Digivolutions.
Attacks
Rolling Stone: Curls up its body and rushes the opponent.
Scratch Beat: Strikes the opponent with the elongated claws on its forelegs.
Rigid Block: Repels attacks by curling into a ball.

Digmon (Armor)
Digmon is an Insectoid Digimon. It armor-digivolved due to the "Digi-Egg of Knowledge". The "Digi-Egg of Knowledge" has the attribute of "Earth", and those that don this Digi-Egg wield the power to manipulate the earth. As can be seen from its unique form, it never loses to any Digimon in underground battles.
Attacks
Gold Rush: Fires its drills at the opponent.
Big Crack: Rams its drills in the ground and generates a fissure.
Titan Drill: Rams the enemy with the drill on its nose.

Submarimon (Armor)
Submarimon is an Aquatic Digimon. It armor-digivolved through the power of the "Digi-Egg of Reliability". It swims freely around the ocean, and the techniques unleashed in underwater battles are no match for it unless they're also from a considerably Aquatic Digimon.
Attacks
Oxygen Homing: Discharges super-compressed oxygen.
Submarine Attack: Assumes a distance while underwater, then instantly accelerates and performs a ramming attack while spinning the drill on its snout.
Aqua Vulcan: Fires water beams at the opponent from its drill.
Hydro Jet: Shoots a water stream from its backside.

Ankylomon (Champion)
Ankylomon is a Dinosaur Digimon. Not only is its whole body covered in hardened skin, but it also has hard protuberances coming out all over. Therefore, its charge attack has extraordinary destructive power. As a fundamental result of being a herbivorous Digimon, it is not ferocious, but it is decidedly not timid, and possesses a brave personality.
Attacks
Megaton Press: Leaps high into the sky despite its appearance, then crushes the opponent under its large build.
Tail Hammer: Violently beats the opponent with the iron sphere on the tip of its tail, completely shattering the opponent's wire frame.
Armor Stampede: Charges forward and head-butts the enemy with its massive weight.
Rhythmical Knock: Slams its forefeet down into the ground to cause pillars of earth to shoot up from the ground and slam into the foe.

Shakkoumon (Ultimate)
Shakkoumon is a Mutant Digimon. It DNA digivolved from Ankylomon and Angemon. It possesses white wings on its body, which shines silver, and according to one theory, it is an Angel Digimon which descended to the ancient Digital World. It can rotate its neck and torso 360°, allowing it to attack in every direction. As its face is expressionless, it is difficult to determine what it's thinking, so some observers find it eerie, but its personality is exceedingly gentle.
Attacks
Aramitama: Radiates red laser beams from its eyes that can reach 100,000°C at their focal point.
Nigimitama: Fires clay disks from its waist.
Sakimitama: Summons a bird statue that emits a song.

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ".
