12 Deva Digimon In Digimon Tamers

The Deva are a group of twelve Ultimate-level Holy Beast Digimon that are derived from the Buddhist myth of the Twelve Heavenly Generals. The Twelve Heavenly Generals were eventually conflated with the animals of the Chinese zodiac in Japanese Buddhism, and so the Deva are also representative of those figures. The Deva are followers of the Digimon Sovereigns, and each Sovereign has three Deva subordinates.

Azulongmon’s Deva

Mihiramon (Ultimate)
Mihiramon is an Animal Digimon. It is the Tiger Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Azulongmon. As a follower of Azulongmon, it is the biggest ruffian among the Deva, though it is also a brilliant tactician that specializes in reading the terrain. With its tremendous speed, faster than the wind when racing across the land and quicker than a sound when soaring through the sky on its two wings, it runs down the opponent. In combat, it cuts the opponent apart with its sharp fangs and claws, and it has mastered the Samurai Tiger Tail, which is its tail transformed into an octagonal three-section staff.
Attacks
Tiger Wing Blades (Vimohana): Strikes the ground with the Samurai Tiger Tail, generating a shock wave over the surrounding area.
Samurai Tiger Tail (Bao Bang): Strikes the opponent with the Samurai Tiger Tail.
Armored Tiger Tail: Strikes the opponent with a spiked Samurai Tiger Tail.

Antylamon (Evil) (Ultimate)
Antylamon (Evil) is an Animal Digimon. It is the "Rabbit" Deva. It is able to freely manipulate the "qi" flowing within its body, allowing it to interact with softness as well as hardness, so that at times, it moves flexibly as if it were flowing, and at other times, it unleashes heavy blows like iron.
Attacks
Meditation Cure: Recovers from any kind of damage in an instant.
Arm Bomber (Mantra Chant): Hardens its body tissue to the level of Chrome Digizoid by liberating all of the energy within its body, then unleashes a mighty blow.
Asipatravana: Spins on its axis like a tornado, cutting anything surrounding it with the Treasure Axes.
Treasure Axe (Bao Fu): Summons and attacks with the Treasure Axes.

Majiramon (Ultimate)
Majiramon is a Holy Dragon Digimon. It is the "Dragon" Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Azulongmon. As a follower of Azulongmon, it is extremely calculating and hates to even lift a finger if it won't benefit itself. However, if it realizes that something will benefit itself, it will want to poke its head in no matter what the thing is. It has a habit of putting a price on everything, and expressing various matters by their cost in money. During battle, it shoots through the opponent with the Bao Shi (Treasure Arrow), which are the hairs of its tail and whiskers transformed (Incidentally, one Bao Shi is worth ¥5,000).
Attacks
Flaming Arrowheads (Vedhaka): Disappears into the center of a swirl of light summoned in the sky, then fires 108 shining Bao Shi, burying a horde of opponents in just an instant. This technique possesses ¥540,000 worth of destructive power.
Bao Shi (Treasure Arrow)

Zhuqiaomon’s Deva

Sandiramon (Ultimate)
Sandiramon is a Holy Beast Digimon. It is the Snake Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Zhuqiaomon. As a follower of Zhuqiaomon, it is the most cunning and cruel among the Deva. It doesn't like to decide matches in an instant, and prefers to instead choke the life out of the opponent while tormenting them bit by bit. It usually lives deep beneath the ground, and subterranean maneuvers are its specialty. During battle, it can produce a spear made of light, the Bao Kui (Treasure Lance), from its mouth, and skillfully wield it with its tail wrapped around it like a hand. Although the Bao Kui vanishes once it slashes the opponent, as long as Sandiramon's energy lasts, it can spit out any number of them, and they will not degrade in sharpness.
Attacks
Venom Axe (Krishna): Impales the opponent by thrashing its body and then powerfully vomiting up a Bao Kui.
Bao Kui (Treasure Lance)

Indramon (Ultimate)
Indramon is a Holy Beast Digimon. It is the Horse Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Zhuqiaomon. As a follower of Zhuqiaomon, it has an intolerably arrogant personality. When it opens its mouth, only bragging comes out, and it is constantly fussing over the glossiness of its mane and tail. It indulges in its talents, and ridicules those who work hard. Among the Deva, it is on especially bad terms with Vajramon. Though it fusses over its appearance, in battle, it is comparatively unrefined; using the gigantic Bao Bei (Treasure Shell) trumpet shell tied to its arms, it beats the opponent down by wielding it like a cudgel.
Attacks
Horn of Desolation (Adhomukha): Uses its tremendous lung capacity to blow the Bao Bei, generating ultrasonic waves.
Bao Bei (Treasure Shell)

It doesn't befriend the other Deva and is always calm, never changing its mind. Among the Deva, it has surprisingly many secrets whose truth is not divulged, and it is also known as the Dark Deva. Its personality is cruel, and lacks feelings of consideration for others. The arrows of light fired off from its Bao Gong (Treasure Bow), which it never parts with even for a moment, have the power to knock out the opponent.

Baihumon’s Deva

Makuramon (Ultimate)
Makuramon is an Animal Digimon. It is the Monkey Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Baihumon. As a follower of Baihumon, it has a curious disposition of not speaking and not showing its emotions on its face. However, contrasted with its facial expressions, its body movements are overflowing and its emotions are expressed through its bodily poses. Those suggest that it is often in a more or less good mood, but that its overflowing curiosity doesn't last very long. It makes a hobby out of collecting and locking up the things that catch its eye in its Primal Orb (Bao Yu/Treasure Ball), and in battle, it is a pacifist that locks up the opponent to settle its issues.
Attacks
Primal Orb (Bao Yu/Treasure Ball): Throws the Primal Orb as a controllable projectile.

With its provocative attitude, it will pick a fight with its opponent one way or another, but when they move to attack, it immediately draws its head and wings within its spherical armor. Its armor is the hardest among all of the Deva's equipment, and once it gets inside of the armor, it is absolutely protected. During battle, it is occasionally possible to cut through the breach when it rolls around in that state. Just like Kumbhiramon, it carries the Bao Chu (Treasure Pestle) on its back. It absorbs electricity from its surroundings and causes blackouts.
Attacks
Positron Pulse (Puyavaha): Unleashes an intense lightning strike from the Bao Chu.

Its sense of justice is strong, and it is unsatisfied when it can't make something clear in black-and-white. When all of its comrades are quarreling, it will sometimes serve as a moderator or presiding judge, transforming itself into the Bao Chui (Treasure Hammer), which is a gigantic hammer, and passing judgment over guilt and innocence.
Attacks
Howl of Power (Swabhojana): Generates a massive earthquake accompanied by a shock wave by striking the ground with the Bao Chui.
Bao Chui (Treasure Hammer)
Howl of the Heavens: Releases a supersonic howl that can shatter barriers.

Ebonwumon’s Deva

Vikaralamon (Ultimate)
Vikaralamon is an Animal Digimon. It is the Pig Deva, and serves the Digimon Sovereign Ebonwumon. As a follower of Ebonwumon, it is an observer-type that gazes on everything from the outside without ever losing its broad smile. Although it has a special skill of sleeping with its eyes open, it soon comes to light that it is sleeping due to its intense snoring and the grinding of its teeth. The wheel of light that it spews from its mouth is called the Bao Ran (Treasure Wheel), and its effect differs depending on its color; a blue Bao Ran captures the opponent, a yellow Bao Ran is able to have things placed on it by taking the shape of a disk, if one passes through a green Bao Ran, their wounds are instantly healed, and so on, as there are several variations.

As a follower of Ebonwumon, who boasts of its great wisdom, it is a sage who plays the part of the challenger in Ebonwumon's Zen Koans. It is mostly able to predict the mindset of anyone but Ebonwumon, and has a habit of bewildering the opponent by announcing their next move. Though it uses sarcasm with an acrimonious tone, it charmingly ends all of its sentences with "chu". As it's not very strong, it's not suited for flinging itself at the opponent, but by means of its powerful abilities of telekinesis, it freely operates a giant steel pestle as big as its own body, the Bao Chu (Treasure Pestle). Kumbhiramon is the only Deva able to counter Pajiramon's "Vahnijvala", through the power of its thoughts.
Attacks
Krimisa: Splits itself into six bodies which it positions in a hexagram barrier, sealing the opponent inside, then smashes them with the Bao Chu, deleting them completely.

Vajramon (Ultimate)

As a follower of Ebonwumon, it is a seeker of truth who is aiming for detachment from material and emotional concerns. Its warrior-like personality values honor, and loathes cowardice and effeminacy. With the most well-tempered physical strength among the Deva, it can easily wield its giant twin Deva Blades (Bao Jian/Treasure Sword) that it carries on its waist. Among the Deva, it is on especially bad terms with Indramon.
Attacks
Terra Blade (Rodha): Uses its forefeet and upper body to strike the ground with its twin Deva Blades, generating fissures that extend up to 50 meters ahead of it and hurl out rocks as the shock waves erupt from underground, which inflicts damage on those nearby.
