Hatori Hanzo
He belongs to the 6th section of the Public Security Department, which deals with talented people. He has an eyepatch on his right eye. At first, he was tasked to protect the disappearing Kamimusubi. However, the true purpose was to eradicate Kamimusubi and all the people connected to it. He was thought that he has the same order as Eiji. But the truth is that it is just a piece Gennai ability and he is just an ordinary person.

Matsudaira Harusato
A skillful person from Public Security Division which governs Izumo.
  • Isotonic Water: It is an ability to control water flow. His water is unique and does not get affected by orders. The wish is "hydraulic control". The incarnation is a half-fisherman.

Yagyu Jubei
A public security officer and a blind samurai.
  • Dimensional Sword: It is an ability to cut off dimensions. In addition to slashing the target, the sword is also possible to split the space itself and create a warp gate. At the time of rematch with Eiji, he controls dual blades. The wish is "cut the world". The blade itself is an incarnation of his ability.

Hyakki Momotaro
A skillful person from Public Security Section. He appeared since Sena recapture strategy.

Kiyoshiro Imawano
Ambassador of Japan to the United Nations. He comes into contact with Eiji and others and has an anti-capable area generator known as "Gatling Agawa".

Unit 9 is one of the police force in Active Raid anime. The members of this team are: Kyoukai Sama  As a mechanic and operator of Unit 9, he handles decisions. In some cases, He also conducts on-site surveys. Like Kyoukai, they are dispatched from the association, but they do not seem to know each other's names. He is also in charge of narration for Unit 9 commercials. He also uses the pseudonym " Owashi Joe ".
