4 Tools Of Perman

There are four types of Perman tools: Helmet, Cape, Badge, and Copy Robot. The first three types of item can be easily stored because they are small enough to fit in the ear canal by putting the cape and badge in the helmet and minimize them. Here is the full explanation:

Helmet
The helmet is responsible for the basic abilities and has purpose of hiding permans identity. A substance called "Permalogen" is contained in the body wearing it. Copy-robots 

Androids which are given to Permans from Birdman to help keep their secret. Each one transforms into a clone of the person who pushes a button on its nose. The memories of that copy robot can also be transferred to the original person by placing both foreheads against each other. The robot had a red nose that remained visible even after the transformation, and they often were deactivated by well-meaning people trying to wipe their noses clean. It can increase the speed based on the connected permans, for example 2 permans make the speed double, 3 permans makes it 4 times faster, and 4 permans makes it even 8 times faster. So the maximum number of permans who made a perfect touch during the work was 952km/h. It is often used when moving to far away places, mainly to foreign countries.
