5 Powerful Items In Sonic X

Sonic and his friends are always fighting with the bad guys in Sonic X anime. Even though they are strong enough, the key of their success is due to the power of several items and assistance of Tail's invention during the series. There are 5 of them which significantly contribute to the team. Check them out!

Chaos Emeralds 

Originating from Sonic's world, Chaos Emeralds are seven legendary stones with powerful abilities, tied to the Master Emerald, that gives one the power to rule the world. Those that hold the Chaos Emeralds can use their powers for a variety of things, such as achieving a super form, powering machines and warping time and space. Anyone who possesses all seven of the Chaos Emeralds can command near-unsurpassed power. 

Master Emerald 

The Master Emerald is a massive, green emerald and a mystical relic of immeasurable power from Sonic's world. The one who controls the Master Emerald can nullify and control the Chaos Emeralds, making the Master Emerald a very valuable gem. As its primary function, the Master Emerald has the power to fully control everything that the Chaos Emeralds do, which grants it the ability to completely shut down the Chaos Emeralds' energies.

Rings 

Rings are objects in form of golden rings used by Sonic the Hedgehog to give himself extra power. When in the hands of Sonic, he can draw upon their power to temporarily make himself more powerful. This lets him enter "Super Spin Mode" where he performs a powerful Spin Attack which increases his speed and turns him into a nearly unstoppable projectile. Using more Rings at once boosts his power even further.

X-Tornado 

The X Tornado is an aircraft created by Tails and Chuck Thorndyke as the replacement for the Tornado 2. It has a hidden afterburner in the plane that can dramatically increase the speed of the X Tornado, reaching speeds beyond 300 miles per hour. The X Tornado ialso equipped with a Ring launcher to power up Sonic in the heat of battles. Afterwards, it would become the common means of transportation for Sonic and his friends.
Transformations
X Cyclone: The transformation causes the two main boosters to open up into a pair of robotic legs thereby giving the X-Cyclone the same abilities as the X Tornado with land-based capabilities.
Battle Armor Mode: This mode turns the two main engines into a pair of arms, concealing a shield which can withstand attacks and a sword. It is propelled by the afterburner, giving this transformation increased speed and maneuverability.

The Blue Typhoon 

The Blue Typhoon is a large blue starship made by Tails and was created mainly for space-travel. It features a large hangar where several aircrafts are kept. Directly in front of this is a runway with palm trees lining it. The vessel is armed with laser cannons, missile launchers, and its main weapon, the Sonic Power Cannon. The Blue Typhoon also comes equipped with a powerful energy projector which can produce a deflector shield or a cloaking field. Its engine, the Warp Field Driver, allows it to travel at faster-than-light speeds.
Weapon
The Sonic Power Cannon: It is the most powerful weapon on the Blue Typhoon which takes advantage of chaos energy and Sonic's spinning ability by using Sonic himself as its ammunition. If Sonic is not present, the Sonic Power Cannon can still fire a powerful energy blast.
