7 Professional Assassins In Assassination Classroom

There are a number of assassins in Assassination Classroom. They mostly received an order or hired to kill Korosensei. But there is also an assassin who starts to hunt down other assassins and eventually targets Class 3-E and Koro-sensei as well, called The Reaper. Here is the complete list of them:

Red Eye
Red Eye is a professional assassin who specializes in sniping. With a record of thirty five kills, Red Eye is quite confident with his skills as a sniper. Perhaps because of this confidence, he welcomes a challenge as seen when his first attempt at assassinating Korosensei failed. However, he knows his limitations and is willing to give up on a job that he thinks would be impossible for him to complete.
Marksmanship: Red Eye is a professional killer who specializes in sniping. He has a record of thirty five kills. He is one of the best in the world and is said to be capable of killing a target from two kilometers away during a sandstorm. In his eight years of experience in assassinations, he has always managed to take down his target up until he met Korosensei.
Durability: Though Red Eye is thought to be dead during an encounter with the God of Death, it is discovered later that he had survived the attack. Because his body was young, he was able to heal quickly.

Lovro Brovski
Lovro Brovski is a hitman dealer who was once a talented assassin. He is the Japanese government's only link with the world of hitmen. He is very sneaky and confident in his own assassination skills. He was even ignorant to how time had weakened his abilities during his first appearance.
Assassination: When he was active, Lovro was regarded as a talented assassin. Despite being retired for some time, Lovro still proves to be a formidable assassin.
Durability: Even though he was critically injured from an attack by the Reaper, he survived the ordeal.

Smog
Smog is one of three assassins hired by Akira Takaoka in Okinawa along with Gastro and Grip. He specializes in creating/making poisons. He has a very meticulous nature, which leads to his tendency to create all his poisons and diseases himself in his specially outfitted lab.
Poison Making/Chemistry: Smog is an expert poison-maker who is able to concoct his own unique and deadly poisons, viruses, and more.

Gastro
Gastro is one of three assassins hired by Akira Takaoka in Okinawa, along with Smog and Grip. He loves the taste of a gun so much that he uses it as a utensil. He is a professional hitman who takes pride in his skills. Although he is a capable professional, he has a sense of honor. However, he has one particularly odd personality quirk; he considers the flavor of guns to be exquisite, and is often seen with his pistol jammed into his mouth.
Marksmanship: Possibly due to formally being a military gunman, Gastro has the ability to know where his targets are and their precise movements. Combined with his highly accurate aim, he is one of the best marksman to date.
Enhanced Senses: Gastro has heightened senses which he utilizes in his shooting. Most notably, his hearing which is sensitive to the point where he can hear light breathing and even determine the age range of the person.

Grip
Grip is one of three assassins hired by Akira Takaoka in Okinawa along with Smog and Gastro. He is a somewhat quiet man with a calm air about him. He's shown to be honorable and collected, but is not above threatening a person. He appears to take great pride in his strength as well.
Inhuman Physical Strength: Grip boasts great physical strength, which he utilizes in his assassinations. This also allows him to conduct jobs in situations where it may not be possible to bring a weapon like a high-security area where guards pat down everyone.
Combat Skills: Due to his line of work as an assassin, Grip rarely engages in hand-to-hand combat. When giving the chance, he is greatly skilled at fighting and doesn't hesitate to use underhand tactics in order to win in a fight.

Shiro/Kotaro Yanagisawa
Kotaro Yanagisawa, initially known as Shiro, is a mysterious scientist responsible for creating the tentacles, which establishes him as the main antagonist of the series. He is an influential character, as the repercussions of his research make him both directly and indirectly responsible for many major events, including the destruction of the moon and the creation of Korosensei.
Scientific Knowledge: Yanagisawa possesses extensive knowledge in the fields of science, particularly in quantum mechanics, biochemistry and physical chemistry. His scientific prowess was used to create what would become tentacles.
Magic tricks: Yanagisawa is skilled at performing magic tricks. He utilizes this skill to make himself appear more charming and to hide his true personality.
Post-tentacle augmentation
Antimatter physiology: After implanting his vital organs with tentacle cells, Yanagisawa's body becomes almost entirely composed of tentacles. As a result, this grants him a multitude of new powers, but in turn he is rendered vulnerable to anti-sensei weapons.
Superhuman strength: An attack by Yanagisawa was able to propel Karasuma a fair distance away from him.
Superhuman speed: Although there is no exact measure of how fast he can travel, Yanagisawa can travel at a speed on par with Korosensei's.
Durability: Yanagisawa was able to withstand a large energy blast discharged by Korosensei.

The Reaper
The Reaper is the final antagonist of the series. He is not the first individual to take this title, and was actually Korosensei former disciple. Later it was revealed that the Reaper was once a person who admired his master immensely and worked tirelessly to be recognized by his idol. His personality changed once he realized he was nothing more than a tool to him, and thus betrayed his master.
Pre-augmentation of the Antimatter tentacles
Disguise and Blending in: The Reaper possesses an intricate set of disguise skills, being capable of acting as a harmless individual at any time.
Bloodlust: The Reaper can project his bloodlust to such an extent, that it transforms into a "shroud of darkness".
Hand-to-Hand Combat: The Reaper himself notes that the first thing he polished was his frontal assault capability, which is an uncommon skill for assassins.
Mobility: The Reaper is extremely fast, being capable of taking down the whole battle squad in seconds.
Marksmanship: He is able to attack targets at long-range while in motion.
Intelligence: He has demonstrated being a powerful and intellectual planner.
Gardening: While under tutelage, he picked up some flowers for decoration, and was praised by his mentor for having good taste.
The Reaper's Invisible Scythe: The 'Invisible Scythe' is the Reaper's unique secret weapon, in which he shoots a minuscule round from a small, hidden gun inside his hand, usually to the surprise of his target.
Post-augmentation of the Antimatter tentacles
Antimatter Physiology: Due to being enhanced with much stronger version of the Antimatter Tentacles, The Reaper's entire appearance is a bigger and much darker version of Korosensei's initial tentacle form.
Superhuman Speed: After being augmented with tentacles, he was able to move at a top speed of Mach 40.
Superhuman Strength: The Reaper's tentacles possess enough strength to destroy a 30-story building in seconds.
