7 Funny Moments In Sakamoto Desu Ga?
Weird Poses
Sakamoto often acts strangely such as doing weird poses or acting sneakily. He also does childish activities with his classmates although some of them will never achieve his level of greatness. You would agree with me when you watch the scenes where Sakamoto wipes the table in his cool style, being obedient in school fire simulation, or suddenly leave when Kubota talk too much to him. The funny moments about him also include his weird action in kicking the stone or walk on the white line on his way home. Not to mention his crazy initiative on drawing a rolex watch in his left wrist when trying to rent adult videos as well. Regardless of his weird actions, he seems to have independence in doing anything. This is seen when he rips his shirt to stop kubota's nose bleeding or when he catches a cold, leaves school clinic immediately and wears a green onion tie for his medication instead.
Secret Skills
Sakamoto has known to have a range of secret skills which allow him to do various things. I really consider his skills as overreacting yet laughable. You can watch the scenes of Sakamoto's repetition Sidestep when he tries to extinguish the fire but end up being thought as holding the ritual, Manner Bee-ans when catching bugs or Straw Cigarrette & Gum Syrup Resistance when he fights other students. I always think those are really not the secret skills but rather the random words said by Sakamoto just to prove his coolness. Neighborhood
The scary moment as well as funny one is when Sakamoto helps Kubota in his study at Kubota's home. His mom is very obsessed with Sakamoto as he reminds her of a korean artist who exactly look like Sakamoto. To ease the situation, Kubota asks Sakamoto to hide from his mom. But unfortunately, the crazy mom suspects that Sakamoto is there and tries to find him. She initially look under the bed while Sakamoto crawls and swings in the ceiling, then she opens the wardrobe only to find nothing as Sakamoto hides behind the door. Next, she examines blanket rack while Sakamoto calmly lays on its top. Sakamoto keeps avoiding her by rolling in the carpet, locking himself in a washer, hiding under the bathtub, and finally tying up the cloth like a rope and apparently make himself escape from kubota's house while he secretly hang himself in cloth hanger.
I'm obsessed with this anime, it's so good although it would have been better if it was longer and has many seasons, but still I love it <3
