Korosensei 
Codename: Octopus
Description: Korosensei was the homeroom teacher of Class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School. He claimed to be responsible for creating the permanent crescent moon, and added that he planned to destroy the earth after teaching Class 3-E for a year. Prior to being a teacher, he was the assassin known as "The Reaper".
Antimatter physiology: Give the appearance of Octopus with tentacles. Anything aside from Anti-Sensei Weapons will be ineffective in harming him. 
Protective coloring: Korosensei can change his skin into any color, utilized for expressing emotions as well as disguise and camouflage.
Mucus: The mucus has varied uses for support purposes, such as waterproofing, cleansing, adhesive and the replacement of tears.
Liquefaction: Korosensei can morph into a mass of mercury-like slime.
Absolute Defense: Korosensei can shrink his body into a sphere and the remaining energy from the transformation hardens as a crystallized second layer over his spherical body, making him impervious to harm.
Energy laser: Korosensei can channel a portion of his inner energy to his tentacles in order to discharge a laser blast.
Molting: Korosensei can shed his old skin and use it as a protective membrane. 
Regeneration: If one or more of his tentacles are maimed, Korosensei can regenerate the severed limb. 
Superhuman speed: Korosensei can travel up to the speed of Mach 20.

Speed replication: Korosensei's amazing speed allows him to seemingly copy himself dozens of times using after-imagery.

Description: Tadaomi Karasuma is an agent sent from Japan's Ministry of Defense to supervise Korosensei. In Kunugigaoka Junior High School, he was admitted as an assistant teacher and as the physical education teacher in Class 3-E. His motto is "If something is possible, carry on as planned. Even if isn't possible, do it anyway". Dogs are his favorite animals, but if he passes in front of one it'll bark at him like crazy.
Master Hand-to Hand Combatant: Karasuma has monstrous physical ability, almost counted as inhuman. He's widely considered the strongest human alive, by both allies and foes alike.
Expert Weapons Specialist: Karasuma is well-versed in numerous weapons, from melee to ranged weapons, he is able to use it to the fullest. 
Endurance: Karasuma has immense endurance. 
Intimidation: His smile often frightens those who have never seen it before. 

Irina Jelavic 
Codename: Bitch-Sensei
Description: Irina Jelavic is the English teacher of Class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School and a professional hitwoman hired by the government to assassinate Korosensei.
Infiltration: As an infiltration assassin, Irina is considered second to none. 
Kiss of Death: Irina has apparently gained the "Kiss of Death" technique. 
Planning: This is considered to be one of Irina's greatest talents. She can elaborate detailed plans completely on her own.
Linguistics: Irina is extremely skilled in conversational abilities, being fluent in 10 different languages.
Martial Arts Competence/Weaponry Master: Being an assassin, Irina shows considerable expertise with handling weapons such as firearms and melee weapons. 

Gakuho Asano 
Codename: The Last Boss
Description: Gakuho Asano is the board chairman of Kunugigaoka Junior High School and the father of Student Council President Gakushu Asano. He has an ideal educational system initially his school which suits with his special skill is education and management. He graduated from Harvard University and his motto is, "Live as though you were to die tomorrow. Learn as though you were to live forever." 
Genius Intellect: Asano possesses a gifted intellectual mind that allows him to learn and comprehend any subject in a short amount of time, and then teach it to his students. 
Athletic skills: Asano is just as athletic as he is intelligent. 
Fighting skills: Asano's fighting skills were shown when he challenged four athletic exchange students to a fight and won without receiving a single hit.
Charisma: Due to his unique leadership and personal charm, Asano can easily brainwash children, teenagers, and adults alike.
