5 Things Worth Remembered From Sakura Wars

I accidentally watched this anime on TV many years ago. Skeptic at first while no other available choice at that time, I followed the series which is lasted only in 25 chapters. It turned out that I enjoy the story and a few things presented there. I made a list of those below:
  • The opening song is catchy and the music reminds me of a japanese theatrical show. The fact is that the story tells about this show in some point.
  • Most of characters in the series consist of a group of young women. This group is known as the Imperial Assault Force, based in a theater and working undercover as the Imperial Theater Revue. The group to which the main characters belong is the Flower Division (Hanagumi), the main combat troop which piqued my interest after witnessing their battles. 
  • The steam-based mecha called Koubu is considered as the best concept in this anime. Koubu is activated by taking pilot inside of it and operate the steam machine. The pilots consist of women who form the main combat units because of their stronger spiritual power than most of the men. 
  • The anime comes to my liking after seeing the way how they work together as a team. Initially, the teamwork was not working well till the arrival of the new captain. He is the only male in Hanagumi team who unites the differences of all those young woman.
  • The setting of the series combines real locations with fantastical events and steampunk-based technology. The central conflict is between demonic forces created by the ingrained darkness in human hearts. It is set in Taisho period running from 1923 to 1940.

Rokka No Yuusha is considered as one of the best in terms of its story. Unfortunately, the series is discontinued after the first season. 7 Searchers In Monster Rancher

The Searchers, sometimes referred to as the Courageous Seven, are the main group of heroes in the Monster Rancher anime series. They travel across Pangaea in search of the mystery disc that contains the Phoenix, fighting Moo's baddies along the way. The group consists of: Mocchi   A little pink, duck-like monster who is Genki's tag team partner in many battles. Mocchi came into existence when Genki went to the shrine and unlocked his video game disk which turned out to be a Mystery Disk. Although Mocchi's initial actions indicated that he was a very young child, he soon became a great fighter and a valuable asset in the search for the Phoenix. There are several discs mentioned in Monster Rancher series. They are functioned as the vessel of the monsters and require a device in order to summon them. To know better regarding the items, I made complete list below: Lost Disc  A lost disc is a mystery disc that is created when a monster reverts back to its locked form.
