The Order of the White Lotus, also known simply as the White Lotus, is an ancient and formerly secret society that transcends the boundaries of the four nations.They are devoted to sharing ancient knowledge across national and political divides. A leader within the organization, such as Iroh, is known as a Grand Lotus. Here is the list of known member of White Lotus:

Iroh (Grand Master and Grand Lotus) 
Iroh was a retired Fire Nation General, a former Crown Prince of the nation, a Grand Lotus of the Order of the White Lotus, a firebending master, and a wise mentor to his nephew Zuko. He was the elder son of Fire Lord Azulon and Ilah and the older brother of Ozai. 
Firebending: Iroh was one of the most powerful firebenders of his time, to the point where he was considered the only person other than the Avatar who could defeat Fire Lord Ozai. He also stood as one of the select few firebenders of his time who possessed the ability to generate lightning. One of the techniques he invented was the absorption and redirection of lightning. Iroh's signature technique was his fire-breath that earned him the nickname "The Dragon of the West".
Other Skills: Iroh was a gifted strategist and tactician, having once been the Fire Nation's top general and next in line to become Fire Lord. Iroh also demonstrated an impressive physical strength and skill in close combat without the usage of firebending.

Bumi 
Bumi was the eccentric elderly King of Omashu. As a child, Bumi had been a close friend of Avatar Aang and he remained Aang's only friend from before the Hundred Year War confirmed to still be alive. He became an old and wild man, prone to cackling and snorting laughter at unfunny jokes. Despite his apparent frailty, Bumi was an earthbending master, at one point claiming himself to be "the most powerful earthbender you'll ever see".
Earthbender: King Bumi was a master earthbender who was one of the best in the world. His style was very conservative and stressed waiting for exactly the right moment to strike; however, when said moment did come, he demonstrated extremely powerful techniques. 

Jeong Jeong 
Jeong Jeong, also known as The Deserter, was a strong firebending master who witnessed firsthand the hardships of the Hundred Year War. Once an honored admiral of the Fire Nation Navy, he became disillusioned with his nation and firebending as a whole and defected from the military. Because of this, he came to be known as "The Deserter" and was regarded as a legend. 
Firebender: Jeong Jeong was a master firebender, a former prodigy who was later recognized throughout the Fire Nation as a genius in its usage. However, his approach to fighting was conservative, as he preferred to use the defensive side of his bending. 

Pakku 
Pakku was a Northern-style waterbending master and instructor who possessed immense skill and power, and was once regarded as the best waterbender in the world. Adhering to the Northern Water Tribe traditions, he exclusively taught waterbending to male students; however, he made an exception for Katara, his ex-fiancée's granddaughter.
Waterbending: Pakku was a waterbending master, among the best in the world, and the top instructor at the Northern Water Tribe. 
Other skills: He also had some considerable skill in unarmed combat. In addition, he was able to dodge most attacks, proving to be agile in combat, and he was able to counter-attack proficiently.

Piandao 
Piandao was a Fire Nation bladesmith, swordmaster, and calligrapher. A former member of the Fire Nation Army, he was also a high-ranking member of the Order of the White Lotus. Piandao was also notable for his teaching of both Zuko and Sokka in swordsmanship and his participation in the liberation of Ba Sing Se.
Swordsmanship: Piandao was a master swordsman who incorporated techniques of benders, warriors, and artisans into his swordsmanship. His prowess was best renowned from having never lost a single battle and defeating a hundred Fire Nation soldiers so decisively. He was one of the most powerful and skilled nonbenders in the world.
Other skills: In additional to his undeniable prowess in wielding a sword, Piandao was equally renowned for his skill in forging and repairing them with high quality and great artistic design. Many of his works became regarded as prized possessions of high price value. His skill could effectively use any form of material to create his swords, even a meteorite. Piandao was also a masterful artist, primarily in calligraphy, which further refined his precision and dexterity for swordsmanship.
