Six Comrades In Rurouni Kenshin
The Six Comrades were a band of warriors led and funded by Yukishiro Enishi. Formed for the purpose of Jinchu, the group consisted of three mercenaries and three people who wanted revenge on Kenshin for various things he had done in their pasts.
Inui BanjinFighting Style: Jutsu-Shiki Muteki-Ryu
Weapons: Invulnerable Gauntlets, Neo-Invulnerable Gauntlets
Description: Inui Banjin is a camouflage-wearing, hand-to-hand fighter who mirrors Sanosuke in intelligence. He is the student of Tatsumi, the leader of the ninja group that tried to kill Hitokiri Battosai. As Tatsumi was killed by Battosai, Inui claims to join Enishi's Jinchu campaign for that reason, but he is actually using his master's death as an excuse to fight and prove how powerful he is. In reality, he cares nothing for his master whom he thinks of as a mere loser.
Otowa HyokoFighting Style: Shadow Instruments
Weapons: Bishamon's Sword & Powder, Kasui Busuen, Baika Chusen, Rikudouko, Nine Unknown Shadow Weapons
Description: Otowa Hyoko is a master in long range fighting and specializes in Shadow Instruments. His battle tactic is to outwit the opponent and catch them off guard with his hidden weapons as opposed to simply overpowering them. Otowa is a sadistic individual who enjoys killing people for fun and is not above targeting women and children. He seeks Kenshin's death in revenge for the death of his friend Nakajo, whom he had competitive killing sprees with. In reality Otowa joined the fight just for pleasure. His strength lies in assassin's tools known as anki. He claims to have thirteen, but is shown using only four:
GeinWeapons: Iwanbo puppets
Description: Zankosen Gein was a mercenary puppet master who went under the guise of Iwanbo during his role in Juppongatana. Despite being rather old, Gein is quite strong due to having to manipulate his heavy dolls and rather agile. He is a very experienced and tactical puppeteer. Gein’s family has also mastered the art of creating robots, which he makes out of human corpses. Gein on his own fights using near invisible strings, steel inlaid with diamond dust to easily slice through his opponents. While inside Iwanbo Version 1 or 3, he safely controls all of the puppets' functions.
Kujiranami HyogoWeapons: Katana (Formerly), Modified Armstrong Cannon, Grenade Launcher
Description: Kujiranami Hyogo is a former samurai of the bakufu who, after losing his right arm in battle against Hitokiri Battosai during the late days of the Bakumatsu, joined the Six Comrades in search of revenge and a proper death. Kujiranami possesses a great deal of physical strength and endurance.
Yatsume MumyoiWeapons: Claws
Description: Yatsume Mumyoi is a gold miner-turned-ninja, and a villain from Rurouni Kenshin. Because of his clan’s tradition, Yatsume’s limbs are one and a half times as long as normal, except for his left arm, which is twice as long. It allows him to strike out from distances people normally couldn’t and he wears claws on his hand to kill his targets with. Yatsume can also burrow through the ground with seeming ease and is quite skilled at stealth.
Yukishiro EnishiFighting Style: Watojutsu
Weapons: Wato
Description: Yukishiro Enishi is the mastermind, financier and member number one of the Six Comrades. The younger brother of Yukishiro Tomoe, Enishi seeks revenge against Kenshin for killing his sister fifteen years earlier. A highly skilled swordsman more than a match for Kenshin, Enishi is the master of the Watojutsu, a sword style that he taught himself. It is composed of the speed and slashing style of kenjutsu and the strength and flexibility of the typical Chinese sword art used in conjunction with the Wato, a Chinese-made Japanese tachi.

- Muteki Tekko: Gauntlets that can deflect any attack even bullets
- Gofubaku (Explosive Roaring Axe): He hits the opponent with the inside of his bent arm
- Raijin Guruma (Thunder God Wheel): He spins as he descends from the air, then hits his target with top parts of his arms
- Ashura Sai (Asura Destroyer): He stomps on his opponent’s shoulder, flips into the air above them, then grabs their neck, strangles them, and throws them over him.

- Baika Chuuzen: A concealed crossbow strapped to his left wrist, activated by the pulling of a silk thread on his right wrist.
- Kasui Busuen: Cubes that create a poisonous vapor upon being immersed in water. When breathed in, the mist paralyzes the limbs for four to five minutes.
- Bishamonken (Bishamon's Sword) & Bishamonpun (Bishamon's Powder): A Chinese-style sword that absorbs magnetic properties from magnets inside of the sheath. The Bishamonpun is actually iron filings that, when covering the target, attract the Bishamonken to the person.
- Rikudouko: The six spikes Otowa wears on his torso. When activated, the spikes thrust forward, skewering the opponent.

- Rogue Weaving Art - Octagonal Geometry: Gein traps his opponent in an octagon shaped spider web, with a hole in the middle to trap his target. Gein can also soak the wires with a high grade oil to sent the wire on fire.
- Puppets: He calls the combat based robots he uses the Iwanbo series and the first two models demonstrated great strength, agility, and immunity to attacks due to their fat bodies. However, Gein later replaced Iwanbo with two stronger models that were more combat effective. Gein’s third model, Iwanbo Savage Mode, is the strongest of them and has four mechanisms that make it a powerful adversary.
- Impact Absorption Mechanism: It is Iwanbo’s thick skin, which can absorb the force of any blow.
- Unrestricted Joint Movement: It allows Gein to move Iwanbo’s limbs freely, both horizontally and vertically. It can also be used to get behind an opponent quickly.
- Unrestricted Detach/Attach Mechanism: It lets Gein detach the framework, leaving only elastic skin and steel cables that can’t be easily cut, making it hard to destroy.
- Anti-Piercing Armor: is an armor of woven steel that surrounds the area where Gein controls Iwanbo to protect him from piercing attacks.
- Iwanbo Savage Mode Sewangeki: Gein twists its whole arm in a spiral shape, then drives it into his opponent in a drill like strike.
- Iwanbo Savage Mode Senshi Sewangeki: Gein twists its whole arm, along with the fingers, in a spiral shape, then drives it into his opponent in a multiple drill like strike.
Kujiranami HyogoWeapons: Katana (Formerly), Modified Armstrong Cannon, Grenade Launcher
Description: Kujiranami Hyogo is a former samurai of the bakufu who, after losing his right arm in battle against Hitokiri Battosai during the late days of the Bakumatsu, joined the Six Comrades in search of revenge and a proper death. Kujiranami possesses a great deal of physical strength and endurance.
- Armstrong Cannon: He fires from long distances and that can level structures with one shot
- Grenade Launcher: Can fire explosives faster than his cannon without reloads, but doesn't seem to have as much explosive power or range.
Yatsume MumyoiWeapons: Claws
Description: Yatsume Mumyoi is a gold miner-turned-ninja, and a villain from Rurouni Kenshin. Because of his clan’s tradition, Yatsume’s limbs are one and a half times as long as normal, except for his left arm, which is twice as long. It allows him to strike out from distances people normally couldn’t and he wears claws on his hand to kill his targets with. Yatsume can also burrow through the ground with seeming ease and is quite skilled at stealth.
- Earthen Fortress: He grabs up a handful of earth, then throws it up to take away the momentum of his opponent’s attack.

Weapons: Wato

- Frenzied Nerves: Enishi's senses, strength, speed, and reaction time dramatically increase, enabling him to immediately react to attacks before they are performed.
- Shugeki Tosei (Kicking Sword): Hits enemy with the sword from below and uses foot against the blunt side of the blade for additional force.
- Kaishi Tosei (Bayonet): Enishi's counterattack. Puts the hilt against the opponent's sword, countering the attack. After that, makes a quick turn and thrusts the enemy.
- Shoha Tosei (Palm Break): Starts with the sword up in the air over the head before sweeping it down onto the opponent, then push the blunt side of the sword with the palm.
- Choten Tosei (Ups and Downs): Plants the sword in the ground and uses it to lift the body high into the air. While jumping, recover the sword and counter the enemy attack.
- Senran Tosei (Zhanlan Sword): Ducks low to the ground then gets up and unleashes a fury of strikes.
- Shikku Tosei (Slasher): Jumps high in the air equal to the gravity to execute a powerful hit.
- Gotsui Tosei (Falling Blade): Plants the sword in the opponent's stomach and lifts the opponent with the sword over the head.
- Kofuku Zettosei (Torabushi Sword Force): The ultimate counterattack technique to hold the sword in a reverse grip stance whilst crouching close to the ground to avoid the first strike and counter the attack by pulling the sword back up.
