The Organization's Number One In Claymore
Claymore No. 1 is the rank given to every generation's strongest Claymore. Each of these warriors is exceptionally powerful, considered to be among the Organization's greatest assets. According to the Organization, the eight most powerful No. 1 Claymores in history who originally died unawakened were Hysteria the Elegant, Three-Armed Licht, Heavy-Bladed Chloe, Sistina the Divine Oracle, Roxanne of Love and Hate, Teresa of the Faint Smile, Lutecia the Universal and Cassandra the Dust Eater. Here is the list of all number one Claymore:
Alicia was The Organization's most pride worthy and powerful product. It is later claimed that Alicia would be the strongest claymore in history since she and her twin had undergone training at a very young age with the sole purpose of being used to combat the Abyssal Ones. Though her power is matched by few, Alicia lacks the social skills with leadership being her only failure in the ratings.
Awakened Form
Alicia possesses ability called Soul Link, an ability involving two Claymores to allow the one who awakened reverting back to human form. In her awakened form, Alicia possesses incredible offensive power. The blades she wields on her arms are said to contain many small blades vibrating rapidly, allowing her to rip apart armor with ease. Her speed and agility is also incredible, making her more than a match for the Abyssal One.
Teresa can regenerate wounds and can also reattach severed limbs. Her greatest strength is her outstanding technique to sense yoki, accurately predicting enemies every move. This skill allows Teresa to judge the strength, speed, and direction of an attack before her enemies can act. Also, unleashing a mere ten-percent of yoki was enough for her to be on par with an Abyssal One.
Awakened Form
After her revival, her strength and prowess are enough to easily overwhelm Priscilla, the strongest antagonist of the series. With her immense power, Teresa is also able to perform and combine many other warriors techniques to their max potential. She has also the ability to fly and can perform attack maneuvers from above.
As a Claymore, Rosemary had light-colored hair, with the fringe swept to the left side of her forehead. Just like other typical Claymores, she had a pair of silver eyes and wore the standard uniform.
Awakened Form
Rosemary's size increased dramatically upon Awakening. She developed two arms, four wing-like appendages, six crab-like legs, a large tail, and an eyelased. She also had two head with large mouths on either side of her hips. Rosemary's real body was merged with the chest, with only her head, torso, and proximal arms and thighs visible.
Hysteria is known for her elegance and considered to be the most beautiful technique of all warriors. Her ability is utilizing a momentary burst of Yoki for a drastic increase in speed. Hysteria uses it offensively to slip past the opponent's side and moving behind them. The proximity is such that it creates an after-image of Hysteria passing through her opponent's body.
Awakened Form
As an Abyssal One, Hysteria has been shown to possess a tremendous amount of Yoki that is enough to make Claymore trainees shake in fear. Again, her speed is her greatest asset. Later, upon releasing Yoki, her movement speed increases even further. Using her avian wings, Hysteria gains the ability of flight. Also, the blades protruding from her spherical waist can be used as high-velocity projectiles.
The Organization used Luciela and Rafaela in a Soul Link experiment, but Rafaela failed to maintain the link and Luciela fully Awakened. Luciela killed half the Claymores, nearly destroying all the Organization's warriors and killing half of the Trainee's. She then leaves Staff and travels to the southern region of Mucha and claims it as her territory,effectively establishing the power balance between herself (South), Riful (West), Isley (North) and the Organization (East) in the lands four main regions.
Awakened Form
Being a former No.1, Luciela possesses a considerable amount of power. Her most notable weapons are her claws and her two large tails, each with multiple mouths containing relatively large fangs. These mouths allow her to intercept any attack. In her Awakened form, those mouths can also manifest anywhere on her body, nullifying any ranged attacks against her.
Roxanne is a very capable warrior and is exceptionally gifted in Yoki Synchronization, allowing her to copy and master other warriors' techniques with ease. Roxanne also has the ability to completely erase her presence from a specific target by Synchronizing her Yoki with her intended Target.
Awakened Form
As an Abyssal One, Roxanne possesses tremendous yoki, enough to make Claymore trainees shake in fear. Her main weapons are her bladed appendages, capable of moving at incredible speed and effortlessly cutting through solid earth. The blades may also be fired as high-speed projectiles. Her major disadvantage is that her blades take time to regenerate.
Initially, Cassandra doesn't appear to be as powerful compared to the other two resurrected warriors. However, after being wounded, she finally decides to use her secret technique Dust Eater that she disliked using in front of other warriors because of how it looked. Without the technique, her skills were only comparable to that of an average No. 5.
Awakened Form
Cassandra's Awakened form seems equivalent to those of her counterpart Abyssal Ones but the powers were the highest among the three resurrected Abyssal Ones. Despite the massive size of her Awakened form, Cassandra is still able to perform her Dust Eater efficiently and retained her former agility. Cassandra's tentacles have been shown to be remarkably fast, particularly those tipped with heads that resemble her own.
As a Warrior, Riful was noted to be a once in a generation prodigy. She had the needed power, skill, and ability to quickly graduate from being a trainee to a official Claymore at an incredibly young age, impressing the Organization and was thus justly given the ranking of Number 1 to the first all female generation, before she was even fully grown.
Awakened Form
As an Awakened Being, Riful's body consists of thousands of fleshy strips of ribbons. These ribbons are Riful's main form of offense and defense; sharp enough to pierce through most and durable enough to protect her from attacks, these ribbons are highly versatile in their use. Riful also possesses a talent for Yoki suppression and for the manipulation of her own Yoki. She was skilled at masking it, making it difficult for her presence to be detected.
Despite having awakened, Isley still retains his immense skill, talent and ability in swordsmanship. In fact Isley himself was able to create an entirely new and unique sword style that was stated to have been specifically made to fight against Priscilla in human form. It is stated even when he was still a warrior, he would've outmatched all of the Seven Ghosts working together and further stated that the overall gap in power between himself and the number 2 of the Male Generation to be massive.
Awakened Form
Isley's most notable ability was to shape shift his arms into various weapons. He has thus far been seen using his arms in the form of a lance, bow, shield, claw, axe, and a massive broadsword similar to those used by Claymores. When using his arm as a bow, he could simultaneously fire a small barrage of organic arrows, each of which could change their direction to home in on their targets. it was noted that his Yoki was even greater than that of Riful, which would make Isley the most powerful of the three Abyssal Ones.
